I has recently on Kauai and fell in love with this top, but they did not have my size. They suggested ordering it online. Got it very fast in the mail. Overall great experience!

I ordered the wrong size shirt originally. I was advised to order a new one in the correct size, and then send the original order back for a refund (by the way I got the original order in just two days after making my purchase). I needed to do this because I needed it item quickly. Two days later I had the new shirt in the correct size and it looks great on my husband. As for my refund it was given back about four days after I ordered the new shirt. FAST SERVICE on everything. So VERY happy! :D

Each brand of shirt has its own sizes. So a L in one may actually fit like a 3xl in another. Not only that but the hilo hattie brand L will be a L one batch and a 2xl the next... no standards followed. Their size charts are the same for all shirts despite the fact the sizes are all over the map. Dont buy online as you cant know what you are going to get an you have to pay to return. They know this. They know before hand but they'll waste your time and $$$. No wonder they are going broke. If I seem angry it becuase this can be avoided by the retailer being hinest and paying attention BEFORE wasting time and money.

I was surprised at how quickly my order came. Usually when I order things online, it can take over a week and sometimes 2 weeks to get the items. Hilo Hattie had the item to me within about 3 business days and I did not pay for expedited delivery. Thank you Hilo Hattie for such good customer service.

Rayon crinkle dresses arrived quickly, opened package to find they were what I expected, have been looking for this type of dress for several years. Everything seemed great until after laundering. One the the three dresses purchased had an area at the back near the label where it was unsewn, it had been sewn too close the the edge and pulled apart. I think it was manufacture problem. I hand stitched to repair, but this is something that should have been caught at the factory.

My order was complete and came very quickly. The product was excellent. I was disappointed in product selection however. It seems like in the past there was more product to choose from. I had planned to get lotions and a few more things but didn't find anything I could buy except one lotion selection I wasn't interested in. As I said, the product I ordered was very good and I am very happy with it.

One thing I liked is that the shipment came in a box only big enough to hold the items with no extra packing junk.

I purchased a quilted Hawaiian Flag wall hanging. We were on Oahu when I ordered it. We were going over to Molokai from Oahu. The representative I spoke to arranged to have it shipped over to Molokai (I learned later she even phoned the Time Share Manager to ensure she had the correct address from me & to verify the zip code, to ensure there would be no mix-ups). When we arrived in Molokai less than a week later, my parcel was there at our Time Share office! What great old fashioned service (in a world of self-serve). We just love Hilo Hattie! Thank You Hilo Hattie! :) We love our quilted Hawaiian Flag!

I bought a dress for work and noticed the first time I wore it that it had a 4 inch tear at the side seam, near the knee. When I tried to exchange it, I was told that it wasn't exchangeable because I had worn it. Nowhere (not on the receipt, nor the counter return signage) does it state that policy. I had the original receipt and it was within 3 weeks of purchasing. It was clearly a defect that was unnoticed during quality check and by me when I purchased. The manager, Linda, refused to exchange it. I could have lied and said that I hadn't worn it, but the fact is that I was at work when I noticed and didn't have the opportunity to take the dress off so that I could return it, unworn. Regardless, the dress was defective. By the way, I work in an office, so I wore it for 8 hours, sitting at a desk. The manager stated that they have no way of knowing if I damaged the dress while I wore it. Really?!? It was torn on the seam. I do not work in a construction field, where the dress could have been damaged. I will never shop at Hilo Hattie again. And I recommend that every buyer beware.

I do not feel your quality or selection is what it used to be. I have been buying your mumu's, long and short, for years. I have ordered them from you and picked them up at your stores in Hawaii. I can no longer get a long mumu unless it has ruffles, and I don't like ruffles. I have always bought x-large and now the x-large is not as loose as before. Did you cut down the amount of fabric that you use? It seems like that is the case.

My order came promptly and the sizing was correct. So yes I am happy.
