This is the 4th unit I have purchased from Highseer over the last few years. All worked well with no problems and delivered quickly.
I followed instructions to the letter, including putting a vacuum on the system before releasing the freon. It works like a champ. I bought this specific heat pump to receive 220VAC from an off grid solar system. The solar system easily handles both a ******* BTU Gree and this *******BTU Pioneer. I am very pleased.
This is the second unit I have installed. The first I ordered thru amazon and it took about 7 days to receive it, the second I ordered direct from Highseer on line. It was ordered on a Monday about 4am est and I received it Tuesday at noon, installation completed Wed. By lunch. Doesn't get much faster and easier.
Didn't explain I needed more parts to make this thing work. I thought I was buying something that was a simple wall mount hook up. No idea I had to get outside stuff waste of money at this point
Unit is 3 yrs old. Already replaced the inside unit. Had to pay for it. Now being told the outside unit is not covered under warranty. Wil never by this product again. Horrible company
