This subscription box is from the parent company Obviously Chic. They have a track record of taking people's money and then not filling orders for months. I had to open a Credit Card dispute when I never received the Winter box, and was only getting automated replies from email. Any honest comments on the company's social media page are deleted, and people who complain are blocked. Buyer beware.
One sweater, one hat, one mug, one bath bomb...= 4 items. Supposed to be 5 with 3 of them clothing. And the sweater... I wouldn't wear it out of the house! More like a short bath robe that doesn't tie. The mug is super cheap. The hat is the only thing I like (not saying the bath bomb may not be nice I just don't use them). Not entirely sure how this adds up to $300 worth of items either! Save your money and go to the mall
The box ad stated 3 clothing and 2 household items worth approx $300. Sounded too good to be true and guess what, it was. Not only did it take until February 1st to get the thing (it was supposed to ship in December) but the contents were super disappointing. A touques (that is super small, good thing I have a little head), a fuzzy cardigan thing that looks like a bathrobe, a tin coffee cup and one bath bomb. It takes forever to get anyone to respond to emails and when they do its a generic response that answers zero of your questions. Not worth the time and effort dealing with this company.
The items are not worth the supposed value, the items have been broken or they fall apart. The size are off by being 3 sizes to small. Do not be scammed into this box.
Very cheep products were out into this last box i recieved, and it was missing the 3 rd clothing item, it was promised. The value i recieved was around $25 and it was promised to be $300 value!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. She will take your money and leave you high and dry. You MAY get your items 3 months later. No communication and if you comment on social media anything slightly negative or ask questions it will be deleted. And you will be blocked.
The winter box was supposed to ship dec 20 and I received it finally feb 4. There was supposed to be 3 clothing items and 2 lifestyle items with a value of 300. We recieved a robe/cardigan thing that no one likes, a toque, small tin mug, and bath bomb. No way that is a 300 value and there is one less clothing item. When asked about it there is no response except "sorry you didnt like it xoxo"
Just don't support this company she will RIP you off.
