Horrible customer service.
I shop online quite frequently and this is by far the worst experience.
My card got charged for an out-of-stock item, for which I was told was backordered and when I requested to find out when I'd receive the item, after a week of waiting, I was told that item was no longer available.
It took two days to get a response after every exchange. Don't try calling either, they don't answer the phone or return calls.
Also, the quality of the piece I did get wasn't worth the cost - returned item and was only left with a pretty disappointing experience.
