I had a great experience with these guys. Can't speak for their past but with their new online check out, it keeps me off the phone and orders up today date. Great selection of feathers and overall very pleasant experience. Will do business again here shortly.
This has been the worst experience ever with a vendor, very unprofessional, slow shipping... emailed for a simple tracking number for my order and it took 4 emails to get a response... then still no tracking number and currently still no package
