So I let my grandmother on this site in order to meet new people and make friends, and so she met with a fifteen year old called Aaron. Aaron and she met each other in real life and she robbed her of all her money, including her 98 Windows Edition laptop. Disgusting language, do not recommend.

I've been on the game for over 9 years and I'm infact an ex-Sulake employee, I can answer your problem (aimed at the person who's daughters account was "hacked") a lot of people spend THOUSANDS of pounds, dollars, euros, etc on Habbo, £50 is hardly a huge loss, your daughter most likely had a simple password thus leaving it open to being guessed by its compromiser. If you wish to talk more on this matter feel free to contact me by sending an email to "*******@Mail.com", hope I can be of help.

Thanks, "Spin"

This site is bad. Scammers, hackers running rampant, people using foul and
Inapproriate languages, with so many underage children/teens this site is also
Breeding ground for pedophiles. If you get scammed or hacked, their so called
"help support" will only reply to your request with templates message repeatedly
Without even trying to solve the problem. Even the ones who get hacked sometimes
Get banned for no reason. The community is not friendly, not newbie-friendly, some
Will discriminate you if you're not "Habbo club member" and calling you norm (normal)/noob. First time playing, you will find yourself really confused because Habbo doesn't provide any decent newbie guide or how to make credits yourself without buying off Habbo. You will have to find it out yourself unless you have friends. From what I've heard you can get permanently banned if you roleplay in some rooms because the mods consider you "disrupting". There was a giveaway and the winners are the one who are doing best at role playing at other rooms, many people got permanently banned because mods consider them "disrupting".
It's funny how you can get permanently banned that way, while talking to underages sexually, discriminating, and using foul languages only get you a mute for a day(s).

Habbo.com is an excellent website for communication, minigames, and designing rooms.

In Habbo.com to get started, you only need to pay as little as $10 (1 Habbo goldbar). Speaking from experience, if you know what to do you can make it up to 150 goldbars; P

We have emailed but they do not seem intertested, I have tried to find customer complaints/services number but with no avail, I need some help as they are scamming people

The concept behind the game is very good, however they do charge for credits, which is virtual money on the game, however the game can be played without credits, so that makes it all okay, or does it? Many people sign up to the site and start playing the game right away. They then find out all the stuff they can make with credits, and therefore buy some, or ask there parents. Usually there parents would say no, and therefore cause problems in family's. Secondly, people can spend often hundreds of pounds on this game, and the people who make it know it, so that's why they continue to put the prices up. Beware, they addict you and waste your money!
