I ran some deals with Groopdealz through with my boutique and had some good sales. I was able to receive payment for both of the deals I ran and absolutely wonderful communication with the staff. They were transparent about their process and timeline and took good care of me. My payments were not immediate and did not come at the same time, but they were open about that and made sure I did receive them in a timely manner. I'm very thankful for their wonderful vendor service, response, and communication.

This has to be the worst company ever to work with. They never pay on time and still owe my company over a thousand dollars from 7 months ago. No returned emails, calls, anything. They just take your money and run. Am in the process of taking them to small claims court now. Stay away whether your a vendor or customer. Terrible. It's no wonder they lost a ton of market share to there competitors over the years. Sad company with terrible values. Can't imagine how many people they have completely screwed over. The picture is of the deals we have not been paid on that shipped out and ran almost 7 months ago.
I purchased two sweatshirts from Groopdealz back in October of 2020, still do not have them nor have I been refunded. There is no phone number to contact them and I have emailed the "support" email address Multiple times to have it kicked back to me every time! I have since deleted their app and will never buy again!
A bunch of disgusting scammers. I'm sick and tired of the people behind these fake companies getting away with ripping off people who actually work hard for an honest living. I placed an order for two items on August 15th and the brand was Lucy and Layla. It's been nothing but crickets since then. No tracking, no delivery, no response to multiple emails sent. I learned my lesson the hard way and hopefully if enough people like me take the time to write these reviews, then the pigs behind these scams will no longer have anyone left to scam. DO YOUR RESEACH BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM ANYWHERE ONLINE. I wish I had; hard lesson learned.
I placed two orders in July 2020. After still not receiving the items by September, I emailed customer service multiple times and only received a reply once saying "we have no current updates for your order." I finally received one item in October and the other still says your order is being processed. I have emailed customer service and have not received a reply and called during business hours only to get a recording.
Starting selling with GroopDealz last year. At first no issues with payments, they came as promised. Starting in December I had to request payment 3 weeks after my sales ended. I did receive that payment. I am now missing payment for 3 sales I ran at the beginning of January. I have contacted support several times with no answer. I understand things come up, but sellers deserve a response as to where their money is!

I placed an order for a Christmas tshirt in Oct. The payment was immediately taken out of my account for this item and I still don't have the item. I tried numerous times to contact customer service with no response form them at all. I have purchased several items in the past and while shipping is ridiculously slow I have gotten all of them, but I will not be shipping on this site anymore.
I've used Groopdealz here and there over the years. But will never ever shop there again. This past October/November I purchased a number of items from their site. Many of them were from a vendor called Lucy and Lyla. I never received almost $200 worth of items. I contacted Groopdealz a number of times. I tried contacting them through the site, on Facebook, using an email I had. Nothing worked. No response. I researched the vendor and contacted them and received no response. Thankfully I'd paid with PayPal and was able to file a complaint with them. PayPal also was not able to get any response from Groopdealz. Eventually PayPal ended up refunding my money instead. What a scam. I will not use Groopdealz. I wish there was a way to rate items and vendors like you can on other sites like Jane.com. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I would in this case in order to save others the time and money. Groopdealz doesn't allow rating. I'm sure that is because they are a scam and don't want it to be easy for consumers to find out what a terrible company they are. I would definitely recommend taking your money elsewhere. It just isn't worth the risk.

They do not respond to issues and would have kept my money without sending the products had I not gotten PayPal involved and gotten a refund that way.

Ordered three items on June 26. Tracking shows it is "processing". Have reached out to groupdealz 4 times, with no response. Went directly to the company website and made an inquiry. No response. I'm out 100, over 90 days, five attempted contacts and no customer service response. Lost my business and they should lose yours too.
My shop sold items on GroopDealz in the fall of 2019. It is now March 30,2020 and I have sent e-mail after e-mail trying to get someone to answer me. Still no response and I'm assuming now I probably won't get paid for the items sold. VERY SAD to say the least. I'm beyond frustrated. A terrible way to conduct business.

This store used to be good. This past year nothing I order actually ships. It takes months to get a response, if at all. I recently purchased again against my better judgement and because I had a credit from prior failed shipped items. Almost two months and no item shipped and no response to multiple emails. This business is awful. Do not lose your money, you will get no product and no refund.

I orded something almost 4 weeks ago. I never received it nor a update if it was being processed. I emailed several tones with no response. I finally got someone to respond. They kept saying waiting on vendor to respond. If it takes 4 weeks to receive something you dont need them as vendors. They acted if they did not want to give me a refund. I received it. I will say this was my fist and last time ordering from them.
I have orders dating back to Jun 2020 - it is now Sept and have yet to get them in the mail- Emailed 6 times requesting a refund and or update with no response. They are horrible! I don't see how a company can take your money and never sent your stuff or give you a refund- The no response is the final straw for me. I have deleted the app.
We have been owed thousands of dollars for over half a year. We have sent countless emails, talked with the CEO on the phone, and unfortunately have been lied to about getting paid. They eventually stopped responding after so many attempts at trying to get our money.
We understand that companies go through hard times. We wish them the best and hope they can eventually get enough cash flow to pay vendors on time, or even at all at this point.
Next stop will be the BBB and legal action.

I tried calling their number, it's disconnected. After emailing multiple times Over the last two weeks for items I should've received almost a month ago, I guess I'm forced now to call my bank for fraud. This business is going down the drain and it's unfortunate they can't be honest with their customers.
Avoid this company completely. Learn from my (and several other small business owners) mistake. We trusted them, sold and shipped thousands of dollars of inventory - only to be left fighting for payment (which comes in small batches, incredibly sporadically, if at all). I've been emailing and contacting about the $856.65 they still owe me for deals run and shipped MONTHS ago! It's absolutely inane how they're still online. I'll be sending my lawyer their way shortly. If anyone else reads this and is interested in a class action lawsuit - let's band together and get our $$ - reach out!

I gave this company a second chance with the new ownership but nothing has changed. They do not pay their vendors. I have sent 6+ emails to both Holly and Jenna. Jenna sends you to Holly stating she doesn't handle accounting/payments and Holly just does not respond. I was hoping new ownership would step up and appreciate their sellers, but it seems they only value a few. Over 2 months and no payments on 3 deals. Moving on to other sites that understand sellers are a valuable part of this business.

Have been waiting on 4 orders for 3 months now. Emailed endlessly only to be ignored. Also tried calling the number on their website and of course it says the call can't be completed. I'm about to file fraudulent charges with my bank. I'm out about $100 as of now. I always enjoyed ordering from them in the past but the last 6 months or so has been hell. I get it, COVID... however if you can't deliver the merchandise or as I was told a few months back they were having trouble getting in shipments from the vendors, then why are you selling merchandise you don't even have and don't know if you'll get? Complete b&$ s@&$!
I placed an order TWICE... from Lucy and Lydia (however I do not blame their company). I NEVER received the order and ultimately had to cancel. My money was returned the first time. Am waiting for the second refund. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice...
I ordered from this site from the very first time in July. The order still says "processing". I have emailed numerous times ( daily now) asking and now demanding a refund and they will not respond, Phone number is disconnected. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They are thieves and will basically steal your $$$$

I have tried to contact them about a vendor that has yet to send me 2 orders. I had this problem once and assumed it was a random glitch (although it took months for them to refund me). But now it's happened again and I've tried to call them using the number they proved on their app but it says that the number is no longer taking calls. I have tried to email them at the email they provide (*******@groopdealz.com) and it's come back as undeliverable every time! I'm gonna have to dispute the charges on my credit card because they obviously don't want to help anyone! And I won't order from them again!
Groopdealz does NOT pay their vendors. Ran a deal in March and sent all items out and no payment from groodealz.

I tried reaching out to customer service but sadly that part of the site was down so then I figured out a way to reach out and I have reached out 7 times asking for a tracking number all my attempts have gone ignored. Now the site isn't there but they have taken my money. I feel taken advantage of.
