*** PLEASE SHARE*** Buyer beware! Stay away from this *******@ghassanautomotive. I sent my 2013 M3 engine to Ghassan to get rebuilt and I was originaly told that it would take 3-4 weeks and 2 days ago, Feb 18th, I finally received my engine and it was 5 months to the date and over $11,000 later. 5 months of calling and days after days not being able to speak with anyone and when I got to speak with Ghassan it was always an excuse. Now I get the engine and the pulley is cracked, oil pickup tubes bent, water in the engine which they claim must have gotten wet during shipment, every single bolt for the accessories are missing, no spark plugs and no coils! I spoke to Ghassan himself 2 days ago which he said he was going to work on a solution and get back to me asap. Still waiting! Now hes texting me, see attached text trying to apologize and make things "right" after seeing my review on his FB page. Pathetic! Well he should've thought about that a LONG time ago and considered his customers. I've been EXTREMELY patient, but my patience has been exhausted. He better hope that the engine did come out good or GOD help him because I will spare no expense on my attorney! Wouldn't mind owning a body shop in Oklahoma! Please help me share this and let's get the word out so no one else get scammed by ghassan! #scammers #ghassan
