SCW easily has one of the very best sales and support teams in the technology industry. Their personnel are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They freely offer their extensive knowledge of any thing relating to the video surveillance world. It's amazing that they do this and tech support all for FREE! I guess you can do that when you know you're selling the best equipment.
Just a little upset that a: You don't accept American Express-my last three purchases I used it b: Price of camera keeps going up dramatically in short period of time
I ordered my security cameras from SCW because of all the great information on their website. I did have one camera that arrived dead and a replacement was sent out the same day I called. Great service.

Don't deal with Ben at this company. He is only out for your money. He does not care about Customers at all. Only thing he wants is your money. Zero customer service at this place. Even turned my neighbor onto this company. He bought a full system also. I assume they work on commission. I have no prob with that at all. I myself am in sales for over 40yrs. When a customer ask. If they can get a price on an item. One add on Eufy Cam2 and they tell you. 10 days later it goes down 20 more dollars. Mind you I bought a full system and 3 extra Cam2 add on. So I asked about the price difference. What can you do about this. You get a email back saying. I can take it off your next item you order. Told Ben rather have the money back on my Credit card. I was very upset about how he did this to a customer. I assume they have lots of customers. Then no more emails back. My training in sales many yrs ago. Customers are Always first and number one to a salesman. You always take care of your customers. No matter what. So you keep them as a customer forever. I still have customers asking bout me after retirement for 4 years. That's how it works. That's what this company should do. You hear Ben. It's no prob. I will send my business elsewhere. I know it's 20 bucks. It's the principle to me. Was looking to buy more in the future. But. Not now. All I wanted was some credit on my card. But like I said. Keep it. You guys need it more then me. Already spent over 600.00 Again It was the principle of how it was done. Hope this helps with buying from here. Not saying other sales people will treat you the same. I had this guy Ben. Sad. Hope one of the Corporate Executive see this.

Extremely unhappy with zoom on the cameras I ordered very poor when zoned in.we shall see how they work in the monitoring.

All phases of the SCW process have worked well for us. Easy to order. Complete shipment received in several days. NVR and camera set up great - all questions we had were answered by the technical guys. We have one camera up now in a temporary location. Expect to install all six Phase 1 cameras in the next couple of weeks, as the temperature allows. Very satisfied and happy. Looking forward to adding the 7 cameras in Phase 2 before the end of the year.

You were out of stock on the cameras and i had no status update. Then when they arrived to you, you committed to expedite the shipment to me - but didn't. So what should have been 3 days or so, turned into 10.... But Stu Moore took care of subsequent issues and made sure I understood that mistakes were made, he assured me it wouldn't happen again, and he gave me a small discount on the expediting cost. Kudos to Stu - thank you.
We have not got to install cameras yet. We are in the process of doing all the wiring. They are part of a big project that involves 3 phases. But ordering the cameras and DVR was very easy and the staff was very helpful in making sure I had what we needed for the project. The quotes were sent to me in a timely manner. I had all the quotes I needed and ordered a 16 channel hybrid with 9 IP cameras, then had them on my door step less than 36 hours. Maybe less than that. I was not at the office when they were delivered
Stu and Jeremy were excellent. Answered all my questions and provided links to help me make a more informed decision in purchasing. And the experience did not stop there.. I had issues and a unique set up that the technical support manager was able to resolve. I have never had such a fantastic experience with customer support that I had with Security Camera Warehouse. I will be a repeat customer!
I recently purchased a few 3 mp ptz with auto track cameras from a third party. They are onvif 2.2. Unfortunately I am unable to get them to work with my new N.V.R. I believe I need to go buy another switch but I'm not exactly sure if I need just a p.o.e. switch, which I thought was already built in to the N.V.R. I am just totally confused. And with the cost of 3 cameras and this new N.V.R. totalling over 6,000$ I'm pretty bummed that none of it works. Also bummed that my new N.V.R. does not have a remote control.

Order received in great time. I will be installing over the next week or two - it's over 100° here daily and working in the attic is almost unbearable. At 71 I am able to do most anything physically, but heat tolerance is not one of my virtues. So far I have run all the cabling from the attic and have all the drops down the wall with the cables ready to connect to the NVR. NIC to router is in place. Now I need to mount and connect the cameras.
I did chat on the website about a part that was missing from the NVR - the remote control that is listed as being part of the product (in the manual). I do have the mouse, but would like all the product as listed. I was told that I would receive an email when SCW ships it to me - as of yet no email.

The shopping experience at SCW was 11 on a scale of 1-10. The website had clearly written explanations of technical specs and issues. The salespeople were helpful. There was no wait time on the phone lines.
It has been a pleasure working with Bonnie she explained all the products in depth and helped to make my decision very easy.
Everything arrived as ordered and on time. Connections were simple and the help desk was great as I worked my way through the initial setup. Once the cameras were installed, everything was a simple plug and go. This is the only way to go.
I own a Verizon Store in Ohio and LOVED working with them the first time! The setup to be able to view on my laptop and iPhone was INTENSE. I'm computer/network savvy and could not figure it out. With that said, you call their tech department, they remote into your computer (which remotes into the NVR), get it setup and you're good to go! No joke, 10 minutes of watching them move my mouse around change deep setting and I was fully operational! Customer service, customer service, customer service. Nice work SCW! I just placed my second order!
Honestly, I learned more for your site than all of the blogs I read, combined. Everyone agrees Qsee, Lorex, Swann, etc are nearly the same thing and all junk, but yall explained a lot about the difference in channels, how HD is transferred over these channels, which made me investigate many brands who usually had an * beside their HD clause where I learned it was only half the cameras. Anyway, I'm optimistic about this system and just hope it, and yall, live up to everything that's stated. If nothing else, #USA_Customer_Support
My camera system came within a week, unpacked everything, hooked up the cameras to the NVR and it was truly plug-and-play. Called customer service the next day and they remoted into my computer and set up the system to my router and guided me through the basics of operation---couldn't have been easier. Top notch products and service. After doing a lot of research online and finding many choices I am glad that I found SCW. Would highly recommend to anyone, and I will purchase from them again.
Very well laid out website. I like the breakdown of each component that goes into a video surveillance system. Also, you cant go wrong with an American based company with a 3 year warranty.
