I cancelled a Reservation 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO RESERVATION. This SCAMMER—
GET ROOM.COM charged me their standard penalty

For Any Change OR Cancellation of my full price Reservation 3 months prior. For what? Said for their service fee or a fee the hotel charged. Totally untrue I asked the hotel owner who told me that is a LIE. PLUS AFTER FURTHER INVESTIGATION, their Hotel Price was very HIGH. Their ad popped up and UNSOLICITED AND I had no idea A SCAMMER. The company had all foreign country reps, broken English. The whole operation is a
SCAM! BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE SCAM!
At Least look below at my ridiculous charges. I tried to settle with my Citibank card unsuccessfully because of their policy that wasn't provided until after I made the purchase but no way for Citibank to know that. GetRoom.com takes advantage of their customers
