I purchased 9 of the ar15 grim reaper patches to give out to some gentlemen that I associate with. Was a little apprehensive about the patches because they were priced much lower than similar patches from other sites. Received the patches very quickly and was more than pleased with the quality, very good stitching, heavy duty velcro backing. Will definitely be ordering more products

I too, received the wrong and looking back, it's no wonder since G&C is located in NY After reading other reviews, i will not even attempt to return the wrong item... but merely eeeee my displeasure & expect no response. Since the item was under $10.00, i will simply chalk it up to experience. For those interested, I ordered the CSA 1st National Flag & received the Confederate Battle Flag... an understandably irritating symbol to some (due to bad education).

I too, received the wrong and looking back, it's no wonder since G&C is located in NY

After reading other reviews, i will not even attempt to return the wrong item... but merely eeeee my displeasure & expect no response. Since the item was under $10.00, i will simply chalk it up to experience.

For those interested, I ordered the CSA 1st National Flag & received the Confederate Battle Flag... an understandably irritating symbol to some (due to bad education).

This company must be ran by the most low down lousy SOB you can imagine.

I had a shirt missing from my order and emailed this moron twice trying to get it resolved.

I waited for weeks with no response from either inquiry. What a loser that runs this business.

Glad I paid with PayPal because I WILL get my money back from this CROOK.

Folks don't waste your time on this scumbag and find the items you want SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Buyer Beware! I tried to exchange a shirt for another size. I followed all of the guidelines listed on their website. Tracking shows that they did receive the shirt back. They have never responded to multiple emails and they will not give me my money back. I even offered to pay any additional shipping cost for sending the correct shirt out. Still, nothing. There are other companies that sell the same products and are legitimate businesses. Gadsden & Culpeper is not! Literally no customer service at all!
AVOID THESE THIEVES!

The "historically accurate" flag I purchased was certainly not and obviously different from the one advertised on their website. Despite having proof that the items I returned were received, I have not received a refund.

They do not answer emails or phone calls or respond to complaints. In fact, the BBB of NY shows 8 unanswered complaints filed against them, and there are many others online. This is a fraudulent business that should, in fact, be prosecuted.

Very disappointed! Ordered hat and American patriotic patches from Amazon. Received order only to find out they're made in CHINA. Gadsden and Culpeper website advertising is DECEPTIVE.If you are American and support this business your really supporting the Chinese Communist.

I placed a order for two shirt June 22nd. It was never delivered and shipping status change to Delivered Usps sent another notification July 6th that it was delivered (return to sender). I emailed Gadsen and Culpepper numerous times to correct this all with no response... These people are crooks and a joke... selling cheap Chinese crap with patriotic American insignia or slogans,,,, Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I will never purchase from Gadsden Culpeper again. I ordered two fitted caps and I accidentally ordered the wrong size and now it's like pulling teeth trying to get customer service to contact me.
Needless to say, I. Done with these incompetent people.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you order the correct size, exactly what you want because Gadsden Culpeper will definitely leave you hanging.

I ordered a shirt, a patch, & they were offering a free patch with a single item purchase. I received the shirt ONLY! I sent an email to the site of Amy@etc... twice, & never received a reply. I also sent an email to their contact site stating I only received part of my order. Again, no reply! They have no phone number listed. I reckon I will have to contact my attorney if they have not responded in 48 hrs. I will NEVER buy anything from them again! I can't believe they hide behind a veil claiming they support Americans!

As a repeat customer, I have finally come to find out what a fly by night organization this company is. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Received a wrong order and returned items. Have contacted them 3 timed via email (only way to contact). NO RESPONSE. Advertised products "Made in USA", actually made in China. This repeat customer will not return.

Fell apart after a few months. Flag design was backwards and thin. Pole was made in China and won't stay up. Flag is shredded.

I ordered a Veterans exempt flag and the one I received wasn't like the one shown on their website. I sent two emails showing photos of the differences and no one contacted me back. I wish I would have read reviews before ordering from G&C. Horrible customer service.

I sent this email to Amy at Gadsden and Culpepper. For you review folks out there, you will figure out quick why there aren't any Google Reviews. They only list the address, not the company name. That is why there aren't any Google Reviews.

It was very simple for me. I only wanted GILDAN t-shirts. No others. The other shirts that they offered were garbage and fell apart. I had made this request with each of my orders. This was the email below.

Hi Amy,

How are you? My name is Marc. I am sending you the special instructions from my order, which was also in my last order. Apparently, no one paid any attention to it. Here is my name so that you can see my history of purchases from G&C. I love the Gildan shirts, but hate the shirts (PORT) that are not Gildan.

Hey guys, I sent special instructions last time. I hope that this time, someone will pay attention. If not, it will be the last time I purchase anything from you guys. The non Gildan shirts fall apart. I do not want them. Two of the shirts from my last order already have holes in them. No unusual wear, nothing that would cause that to happen. I have Gildan shirts that I ordered from you guys years ago and they are still in perfect condition. When I placed my last order, I specifically mentioned, if the shirts are not Gildan, do not send them. If this happens again, I will return the whole order and buy elsewhere. If you need to reach me, you can by phone.
Thank you!

Here was her reply:

Ok.
Good news & bad news.
Bad News – I couldn't stop the order…. Like I said the USA long sleeve is a good quality PORT, I think you might be satisfied with it. Give it a shot… Pretend all the shirts have no label….
GOOD NEWS. I'm pretty sure all of the other shirts are GILDAN Heavy and Ultra….
I checked all the stocks on our shelves and they were all GILDAN labels.
Ok hope it goes ok.

I would not purchase from them anymore. They were given several chances to make things right over several orders.

Everything that they sent. The Gildan t-shirts were excellent. The Port t-shirts are garbage. I repeatedly asked them not to send Port t-shirts. They don't list their business under their address. That is why there aren't any Google reviews.

Flag was advised as made in Ga. Was made in China and shipping is nothing like advertised. Ordered on the 15th and did not ship until the 24th. 3 inquirys went unanswered until the day of delivery.

I ordered several items and thorder was screwed up. I was missing a Gadesen Patch, a 8X10 inch decal was damaged and unusable on my truck, I received a SMALL shirt instead of 2X. I have sent NUMEROUS emails with NO response. I had to hunt down their phone number *******449 I let the phone ring for over one minute, with NO answer. I strongly suggest avoiding doing business with this company. I am a 20 year Army veteran, I will make sure my business are aware of them

I ordered a hat for my husband for father's day a few months ago. It was too large. I contacted the company and they responded very promptly giving me instructions on how to send the hat back to exchange it for a smaller size. I did exactly what they told me, gave them a couple of weeks and did not receive the correct size back. To this date, 15 emails later, I have not gotten a single response. I am disgusted. I find it very inappropriate for them not to even have a customer service number. The only way you can contact them is through email. I have spent a decent amount of money on this site previously over the past years on this site and have had no issues. I am not as much upset about the money as I am completely upset about the lack of customer service.

buyer beware !
most shirts are cheap imports...marketed as made in usa !
very misleading.
below is my email with response from the owner when i questioned his return policy.
i will leave out the f-word he used !!!

Me :
I received my order this week....
I am a little disappointed.
I thought all of your shirts were made in the usa.
The first few I bought were and after washing and drying they fit perfect....
The three I just received are from 3 different countries and I can tell already that after I wash and dry them they wont fit right.
I wish your web site stated clearly which shirts were imports and which were actually made in the usa.
Can I return the 3 I just received ?

THIS OUTFIT HAS NO CLUE AS TO WHAT EXPEDITING AN ORDER OUT THE DOOR IS.

10 DAYS FROM NEW YORK TO MICHIGAN IN THIS CENTURY IS UNEXCEPTABLE!

ONE CUDDA MADE THAT DISTANCE IN A GREYHOUD BUS EASILY...

I love my country. America, usa i have several idoms from gadsden -culpeper, just got some american flags made in china. I dont love china. American flags or any other product should be made in america, otherwise whats the point? Very dissapointed. Will go to american made only. God bless america

Fine items. Greatly priced. No problems until now. Sent me a wrong item but it seems it's my responsibility to fix their error. Had to choose between keeping wrong item with no use as it did not fit and spending my money and postage for their error. Chose the latter. Of course there's a policy on timing for returns and they're running out the clock. Left the package sit for two weeks. No contact. Of course they have the original money spent on the item and I'm not hopeful I will get it back by the way they operate. No wonder they don't have a customer service phone number. I'm going to drop them the way I dropped Nine Line Apparel and LA Police Gear.

I have been a customer of Gadsden and Culpeper for more than 8 years now. I absolutely love their apparel, hats, and patches—all of their items are very high quality and have lasted forever. Not to mention, they are not overly priced like many companies these days and they are consistent with their pricing where I have never seen them increase their prices or raise shipping costs despite inflation. I am pretty rough on my hats at the range, and I wear their condor caps almost daily so I have purchased many of them over the years. I recently ordered one of their hats and found it to be a little large, so I reached out to exchange it. Their customer service responded almost immediately! They were extremely friendly and offered to make the exchange at no cost to me. My new hats arrived within a week of me reaching out! The shipping is always very fast! I love this company and I will forever be a life-long customer of Gadsden and Culpeper!

I found this site while looking for a tactical hat with velcro tabs for interchangeable patches. I thought I got a great deal until I received the wrong hat and tried to get the one I ordered. I was told the hat I received was the right one even though it clearly wasn't. I asked them to send me a pre-paid shipping label so I could return the wrong hat and they could send me the right one. All I got as a response was a refund for the hat. After persisting that I really wanted the hat I ordered, I am now being ignored. They even went so far as to recall their sent mail from my inbox... Seriously? Very unprofessional!

I mistakenly ordered 1 of 3 T Shirts, and sent a correcting Email within 1 hour after ordering. I sent the wrong shirt back within 2 days after receiving it, with copy of my correcting Email when they were ordered. I have since sent several emails and have not received a reply from Gadsen & Culpepper. In one email sent, I offered to pay them the cost of shipping, if that was the reason for ignoring my correspondence. They apparently lack integrity.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THEM.
