Fury Motors has continued to degrade over the past few years. They are not able to hold qualified staff. The work is generally subpar or incomplete. I cannot recall a time I have not had to take my vehicle back or phone for further information.
May 2022 I had to have my Jeep towed, at the time I had no idea what the problem was, as the transmission was failing. As Fury was the closest Jeep dealer and all my past records are with them, I had it towed to them.
I was given an estimate for the replacement of a "transmission engine". What even is that? An example of an incompetent service desk employee. Once someone with knowledge was available it was agreed that the work would be done LESS a 10% discount. The Service Desk gal repeatedly agree that the 10% discount would not be a problem. When I got the bill it was the full amount, no discount. Jessi Nitti proceeded to explain that the discount couldn't be seen, tried to explain how it would be calculated, gave up and said it was too complex. I did have to take it back. I did cancel the original payment. I did send them a check LESS the 10%. No one ever contacted me for over a month regarding this. When they did, I said I'd send them an additional $500 just to be done with them. Mike S said no one was authorized to offer any discounts, said no to the $500 and hung up on me.
I don't feel it is my responsibility to know, within any organization, who has responsibility/authorization to do anything. Nitti repeated that it would be no problem at least 10 times. All new employees were once again front in center at the service desk since my last visit January 25,2022 for an oil change-I also had to do a call back for incomplete work done on such simple task!
