I had a furnace shutdown on 11/21/22, and called Four Seasons Heatig & Cooling for emergency service. I was told that they were all booked up and made my appointment for the next morning. Now the weather was not so cold, but what if it was not? No other service was offered. A company that boast of 24/7 service should live up to that either by hiring more people or scheduling appointments by the emergency. I have no problem with there techs. The problem was taken care of in two appointments.

Four Seasons was pretty responsive and helpful when I first called. However, I had poor service and did not complete the job. I will not use this company again.
