“Fraudulent Charge of $39.99”

Fotor.com charged $39.00 fraudulently by fotor.com and I don't believe I was on their website. I've filed a complaint with my credit company and the agent has listed my case as a "fraud". My card has been blocked and I will be receiving a new one in 5 business days. I also plan on filing a complaint with the AG office.
