My time slot was 10/15 at 9 am cst. Around 8:20 am I call the business number shown on Groupon and reconfirm time slot and location. I told lady I live 5 min drive from place. She said I will get going since I live further away. I start showering & getting ready. At 8:27 she asked to move up the appt. Not sure what that meant… end of story it is BS that Groupon allows business owner to charge you cancellation fee for not giving 24 hr notice but the merchant goes unpunished
For giving 30 min notice. I could've done something else with my life or sleep in. But instead I waited 45 mins past my time slot for her to show up since
She texted she was on her way. So pissed at this lady. I wanted these services badly since I'm going on vacation 10/22.
I would've have paid $95 for microdermabrasion and $9ish I paid for extraction Groupon deal.
Tip for consumers:
I deserved a discount from Forget Me NOt Aesthetics- Dallas, TX. For standing me up and for wasting my time and only giving me 30 mins before time slot warning that she has a dog emergency.
