PERSON WHO ANSWERED PHONE BARELY UNDERSTOOD OR SPOKE ENGLISH! WAS ON HOLD OVER 30 MINUTES WAITING FOR A LIVE REP! THEY TAKE FOREVER TO RESPOND TO EMAIL OR IN APP MESSAGES! I REQUESTED MY ACCOUNT CLOSED OVER 2 WEEKS AGO AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T CLOSED IT! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Give this broker your money and you will never see it again. They will constantly pressure you to increase your deposit, but when you try to withdraw funds, they will start giving you silly excuses and when you refuse to deposit more, they will start ignoring your messages. Complete scam!
Thank God they couldn't get away with my money, with the help of melvinbrenglobal.com. I was able to get back all my deposit from this fraudulent trading platform Firstrade.

Firstrade offered free trades at a time when other brokers were charging about $5 per trade. Back then I would put up with long phone wait times to get free trades. But now every broker offers free trades, and Firstrade's service has gone down, not up. Twice today I waited on the phone for over 30 minutes, only to have the system hang up on me. Not good when you have a problem that needs a human solution.
