I have purchased 3 beautiful bags from Fashionphile, and I currently have one on reserve. All of my bags were purchased at way below retail, and they're all in pristine condition. I cannot say enough positive things about this site. All of my bags came with super fast, free and easy shipping. I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone.
The products purchased (handbags & jewelry) are as advertised and authentic. Happy to find luxury items in great condition that are affordable. Only issue is it takes 2 months from time of shipment to actual receipt to US Territory. Maybe there could be a shipping option to use USPS with insurance & signature? At any rate, I know I can shop here with confidence. Thank you.

That was the most hilarious online store's name I've ever faced. Or my mind is just spoiled lol.
In any case, I like the fact there are tons of bags of different brands. I ordered here the one for my girlfriend, and the assortment is truly big, bigger than I've ever seen from non famous brands to the most renowned ones like CD, Alexander McQueen and others. I suppose, the quality also raises no questions, at least my shawty had none.
I am a first-time user of Fashionphile and I must say, I was nervous. A very trustworthy friend of mine introduced me to the company and insisted that I consider purchasing my future luxury items from here. I ordered the most gorgeous, dainty Christian Louboutin Satin Loubgirl 100 Sandals in PINK! The condition stated they were 'excellent' and THEY WERE JUST THAT! I am in love with the shoes, the color and must importantly, the quality + condition.

This was my first experience with "vintage" handbag purchasing! I chose Fashionphile for its "authenticity guaranteed" and its return policy. My almost 30ish year old Louis Vuitton Noe arrived swiftly and packaged beautifully with Fashionphile's brilliant box/tissue/dust bag! Felt like I had shopped in Neiman's! Everything exceeded my expectations!

I buy 90% of my clothes, handbags, and shoes from second-hand stores. For used designer handbags, I have the best luck at Fashionphile. I prefer shopping at Fashionphile because they sell the best quality designer bags for the best price. Fashionphile also has great customer service if you contact them by email. Their phone system seems to be slow but I get quick responses when I email them. I have purchased wallets, handbags, and a briefcase and all of them have been 50% or more off of retail price.

If you have any reservations about this site, compare the price of the bag you are looking at to the same bag on other sites. You will see that Fashionphile offers the highest quality for the best price.
I absolutely love Fashionphile. They provide amazing quality bags at affordable prices. I am obsessed with designer bags but don't want to pay full price. I just received my Louis Vuitton Kiragami clutch and it's even more stunning in person. Shipping was fast and it came beautifully packaged. I chose Fashionphile because of the variety of products, the value for what you’re getting, and the guarantee of authenticity. Had I gone directly through the retailer, I would have spent an additional $600.
Fashionphile sold me a Chanel bag that is severely discoloured, but in the description, it's described as excellent with creases and faint corner wears that there is no mentioning of discolouration at all. The bag was sold for $4650 and there was another $750 of taxes on it as I had to ship it to Australia. You also can't see the discolouration from fashionphile pictures as they were taken from an angle that makes it look all black.
Items I've purchased have been in better than expected condition. I bought something in "excellent" condition and it was like brand new IMO. Very happy with my purchase and feel confident in purchasing something authentic. The only negative I'd say is with shipping. They use UPS and require signature which is fine but UPS isn't great about updating their site so it's hard to plan what day you need to be home to receive the delivery. Overall very happy and plan to buy again.

Folks were very knowledgeable and professional. Sent me accurate photos of the watch. A couple of small glitches such as my order being cancelled for reasons I still don't understand. Upon calling to understand what happened, the order was re submitted, and paid for next day delivery. I got it a week later due to a snow storm delay (no fault of Fashionfile, or UPS). Watch is beautiful... thank you Fashionphile!

My order took a little while in the delivery service, I gave an incorrect address. In this store they kept in touch with me every day and told me they would send me another dress even if it wasn't their fault. I never expected to be replaced, the shipment was delivered, I'm glad I went to the post office two days later, they delivered my order without inconvenience. I never had a customer service like this with anyone else, for this and much more I buy it online at this boutique.

Everything looked as described. Happy with the experience. I purchased a vintage Tiffany bow necklace. My only annoyance was that it came in a tiffany box with the pouch, which was nice but the box had an fairly ugly sticker on it with a barcode and the company name. It was tricky getting that sticker off without damaging the box, which, as many known is part of the fun of opening a tiffany gift. Recommend putting that stick on the inside bottom of the box if it is considered necessary to include.

This is my second purchase from Fashionphile and I love this one too! I was skeptical at first but I am a true believer now. The descriptions of the bag(s) on line are modest at best. This bag arrived in better condition than described. In addition, the return/buy-back policy is fantastic! I have purchased from another pre-love site/company and NEVER AGAIN will I shop with them. I had the most amazing first experience with Fashionphile! First of all, the app is super easy to use! Also, when I wanted to see the bag in natural light and on a body, the FP team sent photos via email right away. Lastly, I purchased my Chanel Boy Bag at 9 p.m. on a Tuesday, by Wednesday at 9 a.m. my shipping label was already created and the bag was shipped out the door that afternoon. The packaging was great, and I love how Fashionphile includes their branded dust bags. My Hermès bag in the order arrived safe and sound, properly packaged, and I was able to get a third party (bababebi) to also authenticate and give me peace of mind that what I have is authentic. (I trust Fashionphile, but I'm so paranoid now with how many replicas there are.)
Overall, I'd order from Fashionphile again.
Fashionphile has a really good authenticity guarantee policy, and it had the bag I was looking for at a good deal that's actually below retail (because Hermès bags are worth so much from resellers). I also have peace of mind that if Hermès can't spa my bag and state it's because it's fake, then I can always open a case with Fashionphile in the future to resolve this and get my money back.
