This is not a real company. I bought two dresses from them, they took weeks and weeks to deliver then the dresses were NOTHING like what they had on their site so I paid and sent them back. I chased for months but never got my money back. This is the last I heard from them (see image). "Something is wrong with our system, we can't refund you". I wrote a review on Trustpilot, they claimed my review was not genuine, that I never shopped from them. Horrific, dishonest, fraudulent company.

Another week has passed, and even though after posting my review I received multiple emails saying that my refund has been marked as "urgent", still no sign of my money! SCAM! DO NOT ORDER!

I ordered and paid in May but never received any goods. Posted review here and trustpilot on Sep 14 and then fashionme sent me an email on Sep 15 and responded to my reviews here pretending they would immediately process my order. As of now Oct 4 I still have not received anything and my follow up email on Monday this week has got no response from them anymore. Don't trust any positive reviews and do your due diligence next time when doing online shopping. No shipping notification received at all even though they said they would.

I ordered one dress with a doubt in my mind about it due to the low price. But I was speechless when I received it. It was delivered on time in such a beautiful and attractive packaging. I was so excited opening it. After I opened it I was like WOW. It was more than beautiful. It was more them how it looked in the pictures. I just want to say thank you for this dress. With that I highly recommend others to purchase this dress. Thanks!

Fashionme have some great products on display ( I bought a very nice sweater). The description matched the product delivered. The only issues I have with them is the time it took to have my order delivered. I expected it to be quicker than it was.
However, apart from that inconvenience, the service is top-notch.

I love this website and the clothing and accessory assortment are so on trend and they have basic pieces too. I always know I can find something cute and perfect for any occasion every time I walk in. Definitely recommend this shop to all my girl friends! The store is not overwhelming; it has quality over quantity which makes the shopping experience so much more pleasant and straightforward.

I ordered some products from them and all were of top notch quality, the customer services was so good that I have never seen before. They offer money back guarantees which really works and they are also open to discussion in case something goes wrong. This shows their seriousness and how much they regard their client. I m really pleased using their services.

It is impressive the discounts that this store has in all its articles. I thought that these sales were only made on Christmas or holidays, but that is not the case because of what I see these discounts can be done at any time. I ordered a few dresses for my daughter's wedding. They charged my AMEX right away but they shipped them in 2 different shipments that took many weeks to arrive. The dresses were so cheap and not at all what was on the website. I followed the instructions to return them immediately. They strung me along for MONTHS. I tried to get a refund from AMEX but it was past the time to do anything about it, which I think is their entire plan. I initiated each email asking for my refund based on their return policy with no resolutions. After months of emails they told me that it was past the date for a refund and they could only give me a credit. HORRIBLE customer service! Don't waste your time, money and nerves on this company. They are a complete SCAM.

I love this store! I ordered this cute little off shoulder dress for my 18th birthday and it was a huge hit with everyone. It was my big day and the dress contributed greatly in making me feel like a princess that day. The dress was so comfortable yet stylist. It was embellished with the finest quality of laces and beads. I was confused between two sizes but the customer service rep helped me order the right size for myself.
I look forward to ordering more especially now really interested in the new collection of swimsuits they have introduced.

It was exactly what i wanted for me. I bought a dress from this site. It fit's well. I like the look of the spread collar. No see through, so there's no need to wear a dress. I've worn it one time after purchase. Sent it one time to be dry cleaned, but I hope the dress does not shrink after a few trips to the cleaners. Price could be lowered before I purchase a few at a time.

I ordered 3 dresses from them on Oct 30, and my visa was charged. I got email from them that said I'll get tracking number within 3-7 business days, which never happened. I followed up with email a week later, got response that order is sill being processed, they are sorry etc. 3 weeks after my order I sent another email requesting a refund and order cancellation, no response from them. Order # D*******. Please don't order from this company to avoid these problems!

I was presented with an inconvenience with an order, specifically with some shoes ordered, but I had a problem with the size, so I communicated via chat with customer service where they kindly treated me solving the inconvenience, sending me back the shoes with the correct size.

In this store is very beautiful clothes, some more than others, it was difficult to choose my clothes because there was a lot of variety, I could not buy much because it was short of money, but I promise to go again to buy more.

I loved buying on the website of this store, it is very fast, comfortable and very intuitive, it seemed a good way to buy, I do not do it continuously, but this time I was satisfied with the process, it was very nice.

Scam company. Firstly they said that one of dresses are out of stock, then we said that we want back our money, now we are waiting for almost 1 year, with only "promising mails" such as: "dont worry, we are safe company, you will get your refund" back bla bla bla. They're so full off bull****. DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM FASHIONME

They never deliver my dress. It was stated Partially Shipped but I didnt receive anything for over 2 months. Contacted their customer service for a few times and never got responded

This store has good prices in its entire collection for ladies, if you have not visited yet this store are still in time to do so.

I ordered on Nov 7th and paid for rush delivery as well. It is over one month later and there is no tracking provided either. I can't even contact the company, it won't let me send a support ticket from their website. I am so disappointed as I ordered a dress for a very special event. IT DID NOT ARRIVE in time. I have no idea if I will ever receive my order or basically lost $100... This is for Order number D******* (in case someone from fashionme reads this--) Please help, if so.

I am amazed at the services i got from these guys. Everyone was kind and eager to help. The dresses were fantastic and affordable. Lots of options o pick from and they all looked great. I will surely come back. Highly recommended.

Stay away from this scam!
I placed an order end of September and by now, mid December, half of it still hasn't arrived. Reaching out to customer service, they take no responsibility and tell me I'm the one who need to check where it is. In addition, they declare 10$ to customers which will lead a majority of parcels to be stuck at customs and you will be asked to pay an additional fee.
The products themselves have nothing to do with the pictures on the website. It's very low quality, both in the fabrics and sewing.
It's a total scam and you will waste money on it. So stay away if you don't want to throw money out the window...
