I ordered 1 month ago a never received the item. Called my bank and submitted a claim. Don't lost your money. They falsely sell expensive items, around $65+ and all naive buyers just get scammed. I was one of them.
Ordered a faja & never received item. No tracking update. Called the contact number & it goes directly to voicemail. No email response from customer service. Reported it to the Federal Trade Commission website. Going to contact my credit card & PayPal for a refund. Do not buy from their website! Total scammers!

Faja ran a special on their website for spending $99 or more and received a Faja Sauna-Pink-FOR FREE GIFT. 4 – 5 days after placing my order, I'd still not received a confirmation emails so I reached out via Live Chat. The representative located my order and stated it would be sent out no later than Wednesday - February 21st. On Tuesday, February 20th I received a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION with a tracking number stating MY ORIGINAL ITEM ALONG WITH THE FAJA SAUNA-PINK-FOR FREE GIFT had been mailed. Recognizing the package was too small for both items, I immediately opened it to find my Faja Sauna-Pink-FOR FREE GIFT was missing.
I attempted to contact Faja via Live Chat and the agent's name was listed as "HELP." After Help asked how they could assist me and address me by my name, I replied by "Let's start with your name." Ignoring my request, Help addressed me again by my name and again I replied "Let's start with your name." Help then replied with "MIYOSHI" which is indeed my name and asked, "Why do you need my name?" I stated that if they were a Customer Service representative and were here to assist me, I would need to know their name. Immediately I ended the chat with a thumbs down and stated why. Help replied, "I hope you enjoy the rest of your day!"
I decided to contact Faja via landline to see if I could get better service at (866) 30-fajas (*******527) Extension #1. A lady answered the phone who I later identified as Marie. I explained to her that I'd received my garment but the Faja Sauna-Pink-FOR FREE GIFT was not with it. She stated that it was "while supplies last" and they were OUT OF SUPPLIES. I stated that the www.faja.com website did NOT have that list at the time of purchase. Marie then stated WHILES SUPPLIES LAST and OUT OF SUPPLIES were in my email when the order was confirmed. I checked my confirmation email and delivered email and WHILES SUPPLIES LAST and OUT OF SUPPLIES was NOT listed. I stated that both items were CONFIRMED when I called to inquire about my order. Marie then began talking over me saying "Well it's listed on our website now!" I stated that I'm looking at the www.faja.com now and WHILES SUPPLIES LAST is listed NOW but it's also not the same design as when I initially ordered. She stated she didn't know how else to help me because they were now out of stock. I stated I was returning the item since it was a FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and wanted a refund. Still talking over me, I asked her name, MARIE! I asked the Customer Service Manager, and she stated she was that person. I asked if she was the owner, and it threw her off guard, paused and answered, NO! THE OWNER IS NOT GOING TO SPEAK WITH YOU!
I told her I would dispute the charges since she wasn't listening to what I had to say. After shutting up. I explained to MARIE that it was a FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and asked if she would send a replacement item for the Faja Sauna-Pink-FOR FREE GIFT. MARIE stated that there was not a replacement item IN MY SIZE. I asked, "WHAT IS MY SIZE?" MARIE stated an XXXL. I told MARIE that just because I ordered one size, doesn't mean I want a free gift in that size. I wasn't given an option to choose a size and how did MARIE know the Faja Sauna-Pink-FOR FREE GIFT was for me?
MARIE stated it's automatically assumed that the size ordered is the size wanted for the Faja Sauna-Pink-FOR FREE GIFT. I said to MARIE "So you DO HAVE THEM IN STOCK, BUT NOT A XXXL?" and asked MARIE to send me whatever size she had. MARIE stated, "WE ARE OUT OF STOCK AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO TELL YOU!" I told MARIE that I would dispute the charges. MARIE said, "OK, KEEP THE GARMENT AND DISPUTE THE CHARGES!" I then said to MARIE "THANKS!" MARIE then says "We have it all listed here!" implying that I was about to steal the gift. I said to MARIE, "You were the one that just said, "OK, KEEP THE GARMENT AND DISPUTE THE CHARGES!" MARIE then yells "OKAY LADY! OKAY LADY! BYE! BYE! And hung up.
TWENTY MINUTES LATER www.faja.com has removed the "Faja Sauna-Pink-FOR FREE GIFT while supplies last" and replaced it with "ORDER $59+SHIP FREE."

I ordered a girdle in Sep of 2009, never received it, got in contact with them, they said they sent it but refused to give me a tracking number, they said they were going to give me a refund, which until this date (Jan 2011) I havent got, now they don't answer they emails, never answer their phone, they don't have a voicemail. Really shady company, they are dishonest and a bunch of scammers! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!
This is the wrost website ever, a year pass by and i didnt recieved the product or a refund. THE COMPANY IS A BIG SCAM
The website is terrible i tried to get a product and for more the two mo. They never sent it, nobody called me they just take your money and is no toll free num where you can get in contact, the one they have is never answer... more then poor...
