I did not use the application however my subscription went through my credit card, the company was kind enough to reverse the subscription after understanding that I had not used the application.
I thought it would be exercises you do to work on the muscles in your face but it is more like a massage, it isn't an app it's a website so I had no motivation to login daily. When I explained I was unhappy with the product they refused refund saying I could've accessed the material for other uses when you can literally see if I've pressed play and looked at the daily workout, which I hadn't done in a year and only logged in to do the exercises that one day.

I placed an order to use their services thinking that they were legitimate company only to find out they don't have an app they have horrible reviews I immediately emailed to cancel my membership and asked for a full refund within 24 hours and they wrote back stating they had no record in the database that established I was eligible for a refund what a scam company any legitimate company would have refunded, Never used their scam service got ripped off but will report them to my bank I'm Better Business Bureau
Tip for consumers:
Don’t sign up with this company it’s not legit they don’t have an app and you’re not gonna get any service

I bought this program a year ago. I hated the format of the videos and used it very little, but that's on me, I'm the one who bought it.
SCAM: Nowhere did it indicate that it was a subscription. Today, 1 year later, I'm alerted of a subscription charge for $66. I wrote within minutes to let them know that I'd never subscribed, only to be informed that they don't give refunds. On their junky website (which they have the audacity to call an app) there is no option under "settings" to delete your credit card details or subscription (because it doesn't even show a subscription option). You have to e-mail them and hope they'll cancel the fake subscription.
Don't buy this, it's total garbage. Also worth mentioning they have major login issues.
Tip for consumers:
A company that passes a subscription off as a one-time purchase is unethical. A company that has no option in your account where you can remove or cancel a (supposed) subscription is unethical. And when on your credit card bill it says "face yoga" when you make a purchase yet a year later it shows on your credit card statement as "face yoga subscription", it is deceptive. I have both statements to prove this.
First off, the program doesn't work. At all... Second, I used their contact form to cancel weeks ago. A subscription amount from "Wire Salad," a name you wouldn't think to associate with face yoga, was taken my PayPal last week. I wrote again to ask them to cancel and refund. I had several back and forth emails with them, asking if they could get me to reconsider and stay. When I refused they hid behind their "terms and conditions" of cancellation. Most reputable businesses would be happy to give a refund when you were charged for something you thought you had cancelled -- not Face Yoga/Wire Salad. Stay away!
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy it - it's a scam. Their refund policy sucks and you get locked into a subscription on PayPal which you have to hunt for to cancel.

Face Yoga app which consists of touching your face for approx 5 min each day. Not helpful.
What a scam! I had to file a dispute with pay pal as they charged my account for another year without notifying me first. When I complained they said I did not give them 24 hours notice and there was nothing they could do. I told them to show me where they sent me an email or any notification that they informed me of this and all they did was apologize for this "inconvenience" and then offered me access to other products. (!) Sorry, I now use Danielle Collins for real face yoga. These guys are a joke and bad business people.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site.

Waste your time and get no results. Find it difficult to contact Wire Salad to cancel your account. I'd give 0 stars if it was an option.
Tip for consumers:
Good luck trying to cancel. They do not communicate. When you do get a person, you'll be charged for the next year, BUT you have to "tell them your decision" again, or they will not cancel you. Very frustrating.

I usually don't buy things from Instagram ads, usually research better, but I took a chance and got scammed. Luckily I used PayPal so I had a way to contact the company, (*******@faceyoga.com in case anyone needs it), as there was nothing sent with contact info and they have none on their website. Two things- they advertise a weekly payment then charge you up front for the whole thing, which needed to be stated. The website also has a glitch that shows a big red flashing banner asking you to verify your email, which I had already done, and it does not go away, very distracting, and in testing on different browsers with fresh log-in it was a glitch on their page, not me not being able to get a link. They have argued over this, that it's in my spam, I don't know how to click the link, etc... so they refuse to listen or acknowledge there is an issue. I have already verified the email! I asked for a refund and they refuse, first saying I agreed to pay the whole sum as was "clearly stipulated", and it was not, at all, this was pretty streamlined. Then they refuse saying that I agreed to their terms and conditions, which were never shown or sent before, during or after the purchasing phase. They gave me a bit of EU digital trade copy they copied from a government website as "proof" that I agreed. They will argue to the death to keep your money on a poor product. These people don't care about you, they got their money, which is all this is designed to do, thank god I chose the shortest 3-month "weekly" subscription. I let my vanity get me before my common sense kicked in, so maddest at myself!
Tip for consumers:
(This is NOT a blog site, but no other category existed). Do your research about the subject of "face yoga" and facial exercises, which is a legitimate thing, but also trendy and easy to duplicate into a fast money-making website. You will find books, videos, free videos on YouTube, many subscription apps and websites copying the original developer of this technique. Make sure you can cancel at any time and if they DO have terms and conditions that you are aware of them and do agree!
Did not like the app or program. Boring, impossible to follow without falling asleep, only used it few times before finding great free tutorials in youtube. Mediocre program with financial traps built in. They smallprint charge conditions when offering "free" trials. Then before you know it you getting monthly charge
Tip for consumers:
There is a monthly charge after you purchase app for only certain amount of days. While you think it’s one time purchase in fact they keep charging you the same amount. .

These routines are face massage, not face yoga. They refused to cancel my account and issue a refund, and I don't trust them to cancel the recurring subscription, so I'll have my credit card company block them.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t fall for it.

I purchased face yoga for 3 months subscription. After 3 months they charge automatically another 3 months. I already email customer service to cancel my subscription. They replied my cancellation was approved. However they still charge my credit card. Scammer. Be careful, dont fall into the trap.
I recently purchased the Face Yoga App only to discover within minutes that it is not an app after all. I respectfully requested a refund, and the company is adamant that because I have a login and signed in I am not eligible for a refund. I explained that I had to sign in to get what i thought was access to the app, but NO, very very sketchy. Really bad customer service. I feel like this is a scam! You'll see from the ad that I clicked through to that it clearly states "Face Yoga is the revolutionary new app that's transforming the lives of women...".
When I look at the pictures that were used in the ad, I feel like I almost deserve for this to have happened for being so gullible.
BE CAREFUL CONSUMERS!

That website is a SCAM, keeping on charging you and it is impossible to access your page account to check. Moreover, the program is poor, technically most of the Time very Bad. They are cheaters.

They are just here to loot your hard earned money, first they asked me to connect my paypal just for a day subscription, then automatically activated 5 years subscription and taken 45,50 euro for that

They do not honor their cancelation policy. I canceled my trial subscription not long after it started because it was definitely not worth the money. I canceled online via their website and I was still charged $59.99 for a regular subscription. I have tried and tried to no avail to get a refund and they deny any wrong doing.
There is no way to remove your credit card, you cancel subscription and charged a year later!
I sent an email and they ignore the facts, I ended up blocking my credit card
Complete waste of time. DO NOT GO WITH THIS SITE. I realised it was a mistake, asked for my money back and they have a clause which means you cannot get your money back if you decide you don't like it. Do not go with this company.
I never agreed to the auto-renewal, and then I was charged and "not eligible for refund" the next day. Bogus company and useless exercises
I made payment and down loaded app but no exercises are being shown. It is still showing pay 699 more. I had taken a Rs 899 app
