If i could give this company negative stars I would. I have purchased glasses from them and I was notified that they did not have it in stock until the end of the month and asked me what I wanted to do. I asked them to reverse the authorization because I could not wait that long. It has been 5 emails later and multiple calls to them and still waiting for them to cancel my order and even respond to any of the emails i have sent. STAY AWAY! They respond to you quickly when it comes down to taking your money, but when it comes down to canceling, they avoid you. The 888 number isnt even working. Is it even a real number!?!? HORRIBLE!
UPDATE: They have finally responded back stating that they will reverse and cancel my order after the 6th email stating that I would not only call the bank, but as well as the bad business bureau.

They do't answer the phone and you get one total and the it adds $20.00 more at check out, for no reason. THEY SUCK, stay away

They never answer the phone and the have a live chat that doesn't work. I think is a scam.
