I've bought 2 pairs of glasses so far, waiting on my third. I love them. Excellent quality. I didn't have to wait forever for delivery & my benefits reimbursed me. Great shopping experience.
Not pleased with glasses I bought previously. Poor fit and problem with vision clarity. Bought 2 months ago but checked with your sales service and nothing could be done about the glasses. Buying a new pair and if problem persists they are going right back to you. You're gain and my loss. If there is another problem I will be getting on social media to my friends and colleagues.

I'm concern about the fitting last time there was an option to enter my measurements, now I'm not sure if the frames I got will be good for me.
I did make purchases in the past anf it was good, yet now I feel somehow disappointed, hoping my new frames will fit.

Pretty good besides a 15-minute period during which the website would not let me add the finalized glasses to my cart (both on desktop and mobile, and wifi was working perfectly for all other sites)
Online sources list this website as a good retailer for decent quality perscription glasses for discounted prices. My optometrist's selection of glasses is only designer (out of my budget). The cheapest options are still more than $100 and are hideous.
I like the shape of the frames, I've been going for the same shape for the last decade. They also seem to be light weight (we'll see how much they weigh with my lenses installed), and they look lowkey and simple

Easy to navigate website with good options. Read somewhere the processing was fast but after multiple days I found that 'fast service' was only for USA. The FAQ mentions it can take a couple of weeks. It took a few days from purchase to start preparing my order and more than 10 days to mail and once shipped took less than 48hrs. Good quality but long wait.

I Love the glasses they offer and when I find a pair I really like I usually buy them in every colour. The prices and quality can't be beat. The try on function is so helpful and the very few times I have had to contact customer service they have been fast, efficient and friendly. Excellent customer service

I found the questions for prisms do not correspond with my prescription. I had to put in something to allow me to go on with the order but my prescription for prisms does not give me anything for "up" or "down". I have only "in" and "out"

Selection is poor for certain cheaper selections. Rejection is never revealed until after selecting recommended frames and selecting lenses. Then you have to start over with recommended frame selections only to get rejected after the process.
Low prices and customer service after the sale.
Very few to select from that would accept my prescription. There was only a few frames that would accept my prescription unlike previous orders.
