Paid for my order through PayPal but they refused to acknowledge that they had received payment once the e-cheque had cleared despite me sending proof from PayPal and my bank that they had the payment.
Stopped answering emails after I suggested they check their PayPal account.
Eventually PayPal ruled in my favour & refunded me.
I ordered four items and all I received was one broken watch which lit up but didn't tell time. Three of the items ordered were listed as unavailable, but I was charged in full for shipping. No response from emails to customer service.
