Fine I don't wanna enter 50 characters but if you're gonna make me into 50 characters here we go everything was great except for you charge too much for a delivery fee for what I don't even know because it's gonna come by email and really the service fee on top of that then trying to add $#*!ing insurance on top of that you money making company so good luck to you and thanks.

Easy to navigate, quick check out. Not sure why the rate your experience is longer that the transaction and requesting 50 words or more. This is a pain.

Very pleased that at this somewhat late date could get 5 tickets together. This will be my 13 year old granddaughter's first symphony and cannot think of a more beautiful piece to start. Checkout process was easy.

I had purchased tickets to an event that was held this last week. With the bad weather that came in and shut down half the state, closed roads all over. I could not drive out of town let alone to this event. I contacted them and nothing they could do about this because I didn't spend the extra for insurance. Very disappointing.

Easy ticket purchasing but add-on fees are excessive. Seems like a lot of gouging. Been a heavy concert goer for nearly 40 years (well over 200 shows) and rising "garbage" fees these days have deterred me from many concerts over last decade. Younger-up-and-coming generations can't afford this crap! When my generation stops coming…who will show up if y'all continue to price people out of getting tickets?

I bought tickets from Eventtickets.com that I never received! I called customer service several times and was assured my tickets would come, "don't worry it's a 100% guarantee." The day of the concert arrives and only hours before the show I called yet again and was told my tickets have still not been transferred and there is nothing they can do. Only reason I gave a second star is because I got a refund. These tickets were for an important group event, it was super disappointing to have our night ruined. This company needs to do more for inconveniences like this.

Bought tickets as advertised, everyone got wet, both my partner and myself had oodles of fun, and talked to our cats about our experience. Cats are now jealous and grooming themselves in disgust. The Hives make everyone do a good time in the space-time continuum. Obligation Olympics with them, and I'm a gold medalist, so how'd ya like me now?

Purchase seemed to work at time of purchase. Yes? Why is it asking me for proof of purchase?

I've never ordered tickets on line nor have I ever not had a paper or plastic ticket. I hope this works. I'll report back after event. Seems like it was pretty easy.
