My wiring harness came in a matter of days after I ordered it. The instructions were clear to include photos which really helped. The only thing that the kit did not contain was the proper 30amp fuse which was easily obtained from an auto parts store. Purchased a 26"-60" storage slide to use as an outdoor kitchen on our 5th wheel. Ordered on a Monday, delivered on Wednesday. I don't know what magic E-Trailer uses, but to ship a large box across the country in 36 hours is amazing. The Moryde sliding tray is awesome. Super heavy duty and easy to install. My two burner Blackstone fits perfectly, now I just need to build it into the tray as planned.

Receiver hitch was very nicely constructed. It's a welded, one piece, assembly. Installation took about 45 minutes with my brothers help. You do have to drill the frame for the mounting bolts, but that was expected. 1/2 in drill bit was the largest needed. I'm happy with the quality of the product, which in my opinion, exceeds the quality of the offerings from Curt or Reese.

I needed chains fast for a trip over Mt. Hood in winter and eTrailer delivered. Much, *much* higher quality than what I could have gotten off Amazon or even at my local AutoZone. Incredibly reasonable price, and the slightly faster shipping I paid $22 for was even quicker than I thought due to the speedy order processing by the folks at eTrailer. Fantastic experience, if I ever need tire chains again I know exactly where to buy from!

Typical stainless steel fenders found on bass boat trailers. I've ordered same fenders from other places at a much higher price. A few scratches due to poor packaging/handling but it's the same no matter where you get them. Fenders fit great on my 2014 Marine Master tandem trailer and were easy to install. Fenders come bare...no diamond plate step or inner pad...it's the same everywhere. Get your fenders here and order accessory parts/stickers from OEM.

Hail storm came through and broke all the vents and the AC cover on our 48' Living Quarters race trailer. Went online the next day, ordered all my parts and they were here to Ohio in 2 days. I haven't installed the unit yet so I can't speak to the produce but the purchasing and receipt of the product was a great experience.

The company kept me updated about my order every step of the way from order to processing to shipping and tracking to deliver and follow up with helpful articles and videos. It seems pretty obviously how a company should act but so many don't these days that it feels like white glove service!

The item itself was exactly what I needed (5 stars), but it arrived with some damage due to very inadequate packaging (2 stars). The unit weighs almost 2.5 lbs and has some glass pieces, but it was packed only in a very thin bubble wrap sleeve. As a result, the corners on one side got some pretty big dents. I was able to carefully straighten it out enough where I could mount it, and there was no other visible cosmetic or functional damage, so I decided not to go through the hassle of doing an exchange.

They offered to replace it, but I was able to repair the damage and didn't want to hassle with doing a return.

After looking at the broken one i decided to send them back and hopefully get a refund. The quality was not impressive.

E trailer was very helpful when ordering my Swagman XTC4 hitch mount bike rack. The site had tons of info and photo reviews that were helpful in making my decision, but I still had a few questions. I reached out to customer service to see if they had more information on the product. They were speedy to respond and courteous of my concerns. Installing hitch and wiring on 24 Honda Passport very easy. Package arrived quickly. One slight challenge and reason for 4 not 5 stars was that one of the hitch mount holes had to be slightly filed and repainted in order for all the mounting bolts to line up. It wasn't a big deal but made the project take an extra hour. The 4 pin wiring harness was also easy to install. Having a small mirror and flashlight made finding the factory connector easier without removing the side panel. Everything looks and works great.

Our shop has bought many, many products from ETRAILER and 90% of them have been great experiences.including this one. I was asking hard questions to the tech lady helping me and instead of BS her way thru it like alot of people do in some companies, she put me on hold to find out the CORRECT information. When people do that it tells me they care.I dont care if someone doesn't know all the answers to questions as long as they care enough to get the right one.

Hinge came in round hard cardboard tube. Taped on both ends VERY good. Hinge is unpainted and oily to the feel. (GOOD). I can clean it and spray black paint. Or maybe just leave it. Not sure yet. No holes so I will drill my own where needed.
Seems VERY strong, this is not a cheap flimsy hinge you might think! Very heavy duty.

I purchased a Yakima rooftop rack for my son's 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. The high quality item arrived on time as advertised and in excellent condition. We installed it today with no complications. Etrailer provided very useful installation videos which helped to interpret the written instructions. This is the third rooftop rack I have purchased from etrailer. My experiences from all three purchases were very similar.

I am definitely impressed with e trailer and appreciate the description of product that also includes a description video. It's nice to know ow your getting exactly what you expect when making a purchase. The only downside I experienced was the shipping by UPS was slow 🐌. That's definitely not e trailers fault. 5 stars from me! Thanks!

Bought this for a 2020 Volvo XC90. Install took about two hours (I had never removed body panels before this project). Written instructions are fair, but the install video is fantastic. I did NOT have to trim the heat shield on my vehicle. Instructions don't tell you how wide to cut the opening in the bottom of the bumper fascia. I cut 4 inches (centered), which was perfect for the receiver (roughly 3-3/4 inches). The only challenge was tightening the new bolts--it's impossible to get a torque wrench on the heads because of Volvo's bumper design.

Shopping was easy. Everything that I needed was referenced to my chosen vehicle, nice. Wiring harness plug support plate was over-priced. Its just a piece of bent metal with a hole in it!
Received package a little late, box was in bad shape but all components were in good condition. Haven't installed it yet so time will tell

Did a lot of research for a rooftop cargo box and shopped around for the Profile18 from Malone only to find eTrailer had the best price and by far the most informative product page and resources (even watched some really helpful video reviews posted by eTrailer). I've never had a bad experience with eTrailer and this order was no different. The cargo box showed up in immaculate condition, vertically secured to a pallet to prevent crushing, well done!

Instructions were easy to follow. Took about 4 hours to install. Mainly due to the 2 bolts above the gas tank. And putting the heat shield back on.2 Heat shield bolts were not accessible from out side of the truck due to frame brackets being in the way but is doable just have to have patience. All in all very happy. Will be going and getting 5th wheel home from storage in 3 or 4 weeks.
