I recently discovered this chocolate melanger website. The range of melangers is impressive, catering to various needs. The website is easy to navigate, and the customer service is top-notch. I received my order promptly and in perfect condition.

Placed order online March 29th using Groupon. Was charged shipping twice-two different amounts for one order. Have called and talked to a person who was not comsumer friendly. Called another time and left a message to be called back. Never received a return call. Called a third time and spoke to a nicer person, but have not received my order yet and have been charged twice for shipping.

A very inefficient operation.

I purchased theme party supplies from Pink Frosting for my daughter's birthday. All products delivered were fantastic and rich in quality. They deserve 5 stars from my side. Everyone at the party admired the arrangement.

Placed an order and never received product. Don't bother calling their phone... they do not answer!

I have long been a fan of Godiva chocolates. I enjoyed going with my girlfriend into the local shop and browsing and trying new and different chocolates that they showcase. I enjoyed taking my time and picking and choosing what I want or what my girlfriend wants. I am very disappointed now that since they have closed up all the shops here in the US that now we are having to be content with ordering what they want us to order with no regards to what we actually want. So I am very disappointed in that. They should be listening to their customer base and get a pulse for what is wanted. I really don't think they have customer service in mind. Terrible.
