I went to Enzo's in Westwood at about 9:30pm tonight, Sunday, June 11,2023. I walked up to the cashier, Alex, to order takeout and was told that I can't order for at least 25 minutes. I questioned that as I assumed that I could order and then it would take 25 or more minutes to get my order. The cashier ordered me to get the hell out, and I proceeded to buy food at California Pizza Kitchen down the street.
I then returned to Enzo's, politely asking the cashier if he previously meant that I couldn't place a food order for 25 minutes or if he meant that I could order and it would take at least 25 minutes to get my food. THE CASHIER THEN HURLED A STREAM OF OBSCENITIES AT ME AND KICKED ME OUT! I TOLD HIM THAT I WILL TELL MIKE...
TO WHICH THE HIDEOUS CASHIER YELLED, "YOU THINK MIKE CARES ABOUT THIS PLACE?!"
I HAVE KNOWN MIKE FOR YEARS. I HAVE BEEN AN ENZO'S CUSTOMER FOR YEARS. NOW I AM KICKED OUT BY A CASHIER WHO TREATED ME LIKE TRASH?! WHY? A CASHIER WHO GIVES ENZO'S A BAD NAME? WHY?!
