Delivery was quick and spot on. Love the chairs I purchased. It was easy to assemble, looks stunning and very comfortable. I am very pleased with all aspects of my purchase, and would recommend Emfurn to anyone. Customer service was very helpful when I asked about the dimensions of the chair. Buy with confidence!

After Calling them twice with questions before ordering concerning the Knoll style Barcelona chair replacement straps and being informed, they would be made of real leather and equivalent to Knoll quality. Then witting 36 days I received the straps, after examining them I've discovered they are made of an artificial leather, and it is two pieces glued together to make one strap this is not satisfactory to me. I informed them that I would like to see in the back for a refund or real leather straps, they replied with this.:
"I apologize for the inconvenience. I did inform that the straps are leather, but not a Knoll quality leather as the straps are meant for replicas, which is also mentioned in the product description.
I also checked with the management regarding your concern and unfortunately we don't offer remorse returns.
The firs picture is what they show on their web page, the second is what I received.
Notice the difference in the construction of the two.
I would never do business with them again or would I recommend anyone else.

I bought a dining set „tulip" style – table and 4 chairs. Emfurn sent me wrong furniture. After mistakes and delays, I received the right furniture in the US. Danny, a kind sales rep, acted cooperatively. I moved to Europe, and began using the furniture in 2016. Soon, one chair became stuck and another became loose, but they remained usable. Two seat covers became torn in 2020 despite rare, gentle use. I telephoned and emailed Emfurn from Europe, asking to buy replacement covers, which Emfurn would simply ship inside the US. Frances acted curtly. I reasoned with him that Emfurn should sell expendable parts because customers cannot replace the whole furniture set because of flimsy fabric. He stubbornly refused my pleas. I asked him to refer me to a manager: he said he was the manager. I asked him to refer me to owner; he said he was the owner. I asked for his full name; he refused to identify yourself. Instead of cooperating, he blocked my emails. Man who hides his name surely hides something else as well. BEWARE OF EMFURN!

I ordered chairs in mid-november and they withdrew the money immediately from my account. I never got a confirmation email regarding my purchase or an expected delivery time. I left a message on their customer service line, which is not even functioning on the weekends, and never got a call back. After calling during the week, they told me the chairs would arrive mid-January. Well, it's now Feb 1 and I'm still waiting... no update on delivery timing from them. Extremely frustrating.
Very very bad, ordered in May 2013, many excuses, cancelled the order after 9 months after the fourth delivery delay, still no money and the company still showing half the order as current. They dont currently respond to contacts.
All the positive reviews I have seen have the same english gramatical mistakes in them, would suspect that it is coming from the same person. Do not trust this site or any positive reviews of it.

Avoid Infurn they are disreputablen! My experience is the same as everyone else on here ie long lead times not revealed until after you have paid, then delays beyond the first and second revised delivery dates. They then agree to cancel the order but have still not refunded the money nearly one year later. This in spite of requests from me for prompt repayment. Avoid.
The same experience as all the other reviewers. I discovered Infurn from a very appealing advert in a well known glossy magazine. How are they still being allowed to advertise in reputable magazines and cause misery and frustration to so many people? Would suggest that anyone spotting their advert contact the said publication & suggest that they read the reviews on this company and therefore hopefully refuse to advertise further.
I can add my story to yours. I ordered a dining table (AU-*******) back in June 2013. Till today: no sign of my table. The delivery date keeps being pushed back and back. Initially you get a call but after that there is no way to contact them. I have canceled my order and asked them to return my money. Will they answer?

I ordered two retro metal stools over 6 months ago. So angry that Infurn have taken my money and obviously never intended to send the two items. I paid £119 and I have no idea how to get this back. Trying to save a few pounds has left me out of pocket and feeling terrible. How can they get away with daylight robbery!
Worst Internet buying experience ever. They don't deliver the goods and do not refund once you cancel the order. We are waiting for our money for nearly a year. I can't believe this site has not been taken off line since.
I ordered a rocking chair in June 2013 for a delivery in France! Of course the invoice has been immediately debited from my account but I still wait for the chair. The plane delivery date has been delay several times with obscure raisons. Actually it is plane for the 10.02.2014. I will keep you posted about my adventure with this website. Despite, the customer service is not what we could call efficient and available.

The bad reviews here speak volumes as the same thing has happened in every instance, with the same worthless reply from the company. There are thousands of bad reviews on Trust Pilot. No communication, no delivery, no refund. Obviously, I wish I had searched for reviews before ordering since it seems it's very well-known how terrible this company is. My financial institution and attorney will handle the rest, but what a hassle. Do not believe a thing the company has to say and you will do fine.
Sadly my experience with INFURN is the same as those mentioned here. Was fooled by the quality of their web site and assumed that would reflect in customer service also. Silly me. Ordered desk lamp September last year then when I checked after a couple of months they pointed out their delivery times were 18 weeks. OK my fault. However since then delivery has been put back twice and promises to get back to me with updates broken. From the other reviews here I am not optimistic of ever seeing the item or of getting my money back. I will try trading standards and see what they can advise.
Same story as everyone else. I ordered 8 chairs back in July of 2013 and now its almost Thanksgiving and I still dont have them. I have been waiting for 4 months for these chairs and call them every few days to follow up. They give me the same story each time. They have the worst customer service and follow though that I have EVER seen.
Honestly, I would advise to stay away! Its not worth it because your order will be no different than all of ours.

I ordered a ceiling lamp from this website in August 2013, the delivery date given was between 10-18 weeks.
Now, May 2014, 34 weeks have passed and there is absolutely no sign of when it will get delivered to me.
I have made numerous queries to the delivery date and reason for delay and have constantly been either:
1) ignored without even an email reply
2) have been given some lame reason (delay with manufacturers, delay with delivery, issues with factory etc etc), or
3) been promised a revised date but still no lamp turned up on the revised date, and then back to the reasons or silence.
Still no projected date for delivery!
I am getting a feeling this is just a fake website, this type of customer service makes me wonder what the quality of the product will be like even if it did turn up!
I have a cable and hole in my ceiling waiting for the lamp to be installed, 8 months is a long time to wait.
SHAME ON YOU DENIS HOFFMAN! Bought set of stools in September 2013 - told there would be delays,(there were 3) but told couldn't cancel order. Waited some more, complained at least 8 times, finally got a response offering refund. Guess what April 2014 and NO refund despite being promised it within 28 days and then within 7 days. Reviews from around the world tell the same story. Its a bunch of venture capitalists buying and renaming a furniture company that keeps taking orders but delivers very little. APALLING.
Do not buy from INFURN. They are committing fraud on unsuspecting customers. I ordered a lamp nearly six months ago. They never sent a confirmation and after repeated requests sent a delayed delivery date, and when that was missed two other dates, neither of which was honored. When I called the customer service manager "May Garcia" *******@infurn.com, she said the order was in the warehouse and would be delivered in the next few days. Days turned to weeks, which turned into months. They even issued a UPS ticket, but of course UPS never shipped it because there was no product to arrive at UPS.
These guys have a simple tactic: take your credit card, then delay your complaint so they can use the cash for as long as they can.
Purchased a few items back in Oct., 2013 while in the UK. Was given a Feb 2014 ship date. Was pushed out to early April, 2014. Decided back in Feb and in Mar to cancel my order (cancelled each item separately). Was promised a full refund, as of course, I had to pay up front. NOTHING! I've been emailing the woman who had been replying to my emails for a while, but nothing. WHAT A SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE from Infurn... they are a scam.
I placed an order but delivery was advised for Jan 2014 so I cancelled before delivery had taken place... that was in November 2013... I am still waiting for my refund. This company is disgusting and to be perfectly honest I don't know how they get away with it... We ordered chairs in June for delivery in November. After two delays for unclear reasons we cancelled the order mid November, but no money is refunded by them despite several polite requests. No reactions anymore either; we are considering legal action in Spain to get our money back. Stay away!

My name is Svetlana and I did my purchase via INFURN in Sweden.
This is pure nightmare! I am not sure that all this bubble actually exists! We ordered our table in October, paid ******* SEK and it could not be delivered on time. We cancelled the order and were promised the refund within 30 days. Months have passed and there is no sign of the refund! This is crazy! They do not call and keep sending the standard e-mails saying that the refund is in process. I do not believe it. I reported them to the European Consumer Authorities and they will take care of our case. This is my purchase order # AU-******* for INFURN if they read these reviews.

Getting no response by phone or email after multiple attempts to reach them to cancel order and get full advertised refund. This company is clearly a fraud. Stay well away from them!

They are an awful company who are impossible to get in contact with. You email and hear nothing for weeks and there's no phone number to call them! I cancelled my delivery before it was even prepared let alone dispatched and they just ignored me. Now, four months later I am still trying to get my refund regardless of the fact that I have have been promised countless times that I would receive my refund 'as soon as possible'.
Don't waste your time! Order from somewhere... ANYWHERE else!
Made two orders online in December 2013 AU-******* and AU-*******. Despite asking for a refund months ago I have received nothing, even though I was told by a company rep that it would be processed. Now I have been trying to contact them for weeks and have heard nothing back. I will be taking further legal action against them.
