However, I bought a manual seeing that I could view on iOS (I use an iPhone) it is apparently not compatible and I do not own a computer. The refusal to refund for a product I can't use is an awful way to treat customers. They should make customers aware that you cannot view these products on a phone.

This Mercedes Benz repair manual is a comprehensive guide. It covers every aspect of maintenance and repair. What I liked the most was Diagrams which are very helpful in understanding the location of a particular component and how to access it without breaking any thing. A bit pricey but does the job efficiently.

Ever since I got my hands on this manual, my repair expenses have dropped significantly. I fix everything in my own driveway, and while I commit many mistakes, this manual helps me learn and save a lot of money at the same time. It's better then asking questions online and getting confused.

Just a mish mash of generic pictures of unrelated vehicle components. No useful information to be found such as torque specifications or vehicle specific service information and procedures.
If you are looking for a service manual, look elsewhere. Don't waste your money here.

The first manual their website provided was incorrect. Contacted customer service to resolve immediately. Contact with customer service was first initiated on 01/04/2021. A resolution wasn't provided until 01/10/2021 after numerous emails. Final solution was exactly what I was looking for. Customer service rep stated they were having system wide technical issues and that's what delayed their response times.

While the occasion when the sought information was needed has passed, there have been numerous exchanges with the seller. Security is a reasonable concern. The seller, however, insists failed access to the product is my fault for not circumventing the security.
While offering help, they now demand I send VIN identification numbers and more. When trust is the problem, such demands seem intended to aggravate, making the requested refund, for services not received, as more trouble that it is worth.
The primary issue for me is: I purchased access to online information. My payment was accepted, but, following their instructions, I was not able to access the information I needed. How much is information, offered after it is not needed, worth? Would you have noticed the download had a file type of ".ova", and known you were to create a virtual-machine, not a browser link?

I had initially got a PDF of a manual that made no sense and was disorganized. After helping me out, and making download a big program, it then made more sense what I was looking at. Wish I didn't have to download a large program, and not deal with error codes I had to work through on the computer, but all in all they were really helpful, just wish the manual was cleaner in the PDF version. Also to further add we will be moving away from the huge downloads, as all manuals in 6-8 weeks will not be available online. Company has 4 years of complaints with the BBB. It is NOT residing in suite 600 in the office building in Wilmington Delaware...(see transaction address)It works from outside the USA... and NEVER answers the phone directly and does not show last names on their emails. 100 % scam... I've contacted The Delaware Attorney General Office. Fraud& Consumer Protection Division as well as authorities in the USA and Canada.

- You provided us with the last 4 of your card to see if we can locate a transaction but we have found none.

I was having some starting issues now and them. My uncle suggested to install new plugs and also recommended this manual. Changed the spark plug on my Mini, took me roughly about 15-20 mins, and that too as someone who is looking at the car's components for the first time. The manual I ordered claimed to be a complete shop service manual for a 2010-2012 Cadillac SRX. What I received did not contain any electrical diagrams and did not make reference to the 2012 year model. The company offered to allow me to download some software to obtain the requested material. After leaning that their business address in Wilmington, Delaware is actually phony and is the address of the city chamber of commerce, and reading many negative reviews, I don't want to download any software from them. I have not been able to benefit from the manual that I paid for, so I would like a refund of my $32.00.
