The company experience extremely unprofessional and very disappointing after nearly spending £50 on flowers that were not delivered. They have stolen my money from me and have fallen short of the 'guarantee delivery' which was paid for extra for a special day for Mother's Day! They do not contact or send any update email correspondence or tracking. Avoid avoid!

My Mother's Day flowers were a disaster. My mum was embarrassed to tell me that they arrived on wrong day. They were inferior flowers that only lasted a few days. She said they werike a £5 bunch from garage rather than the bouquet I ordered.
I complained when I found out a week later after returning from holiday and was told it was too late. Replied to them and never heard from them again. They sent a review request and then cancelled it when they realised that it would not be good

Ok so I have ordered twice from these the first time was on purpose the second time was by accident a tired morning after a night of no sleep…… both times the flowers have turned up delivered by DPD in a squashed box with no water the quality of the flowers were awful…. I highly recommend you do not order from them EVER! I have now saved interflora on my home page so I NEVER make the mistake of ordering from e-florist ever again! If I could have given 0 stars it would've still been to many.

I love using florist for my family and friends in the UK. Living in Western Australia, I can happily, quickly order, knowing confidently that the delivery will be made on the date I request. The feedback from my family is very reassuring even without seeing the bouquets myself.
Awful company to deal with. The flowers delivered and are no better than a £10 bunch from a supermarket. Failed to deliver the chocolates on the order. Customer service offered a patronising £2 refund for the inconvenience caused. No acknowledgement of the extra costs to replace the box of chocolates. Chose not to accept the £2 due to the offence caused.
Poor customer service, poor quality and expensive flowers and failed to deliver all of the order. Please avoid this business and go to your local florist instead.
Wish I'd read the reviews! For the money you spend on a large bouquet you'd expect a lot of flowers. What I received seemed standard and something you could pick up from the supermarket and a quarter of the price, very disappointed! Can't say I'll use this company again.

I was so disappointed with the flowers you delivered to my daughter for her birthday after 3 years of not speaking with her I thought I'd reach out to her and have her hand delivered some beautiful flowers but that is not what I got. Your flowers looked nothing like in the picture that I picked out for the flower arrangement. It looked like there was a lot of flowers and decoration missing from the picture I picked on display this has broke my heart. I walked in asda today only to see much better shelf flowers for 10 pound instead I payed you just shy of 35 pound with delivery for these poxy flowers you sent
This company is not reliable. After ordering flowers for 2 days hence they did not deliver.
Although this was the Christmas period they said the delivery may be a day earlier however it was 6 days late and the recipient had already left the address. On requesting a refund no communication has been received from their customer services.

It's disappointing when flowers don't arrivet and, after follow-ups, it turns out they were signed for by someone else, with no attempt to contact the recipient despite my request that they do so before delivery. It's even more so, when you reach out again and again for feedback / updates and get dismissive responses (in fact, they may be algorithmic robots in a call center, I'm not sure) and then today, I was told 'we are no longer willing to engage with you further'. I live in South Africa. A pound is 20 rand here. It's a massive thing to be able to afford to send a friend flowers on her birthday so being repeatedly waved away by Sasha and Maddy is upsetting.
I have no idea how you can justify the flowers you show on your website equivalent to what gets delivered. I understand pictures get enhanced. But this got to be some sort of false advertisement.

Nothing like the pictures! Yes they will bloom but flowers should some come bloomed and some come half bloomed.

I am appalled to say that my flowers were ordered on Thursday 30th December for delivery on Friday 31st. They were not delivered on Friday or Saturday 1st January. Tomorrow is Sunday and Monday is a Bank Holiday. The reason for using you - for this first time - was because you said you would deliver on Friday, before the long Bank Holiday weekend. I was told I would hear from Yodel. I have not. So, you have taken my money, failed to deliver the flowers and bombarded me with requests for a review. At the moment, I am disgusted with your service. Further, the recipient has had to be asked whether she has received the flowers and chocolates, so the surprise is ruined. I will take steps to SPEAK to someone to discuss a full refund.
I've used this company loads to send flowers to my mum, they have always been brilliant.
This time though the flowers were never delivered. The card they said was put in the door was not and the porch they said they left the flowers in doesn't exist! So my mums suprise was ruined because I had to tell her I had sent them, then she had to search all around her garden & bins she is 85 so shouldn't be having to do that.

Since then I have made multiple attempts to contact them without any responses and certainly no refund. Very expensive for such a small bunch of flowers, with misleading images on their website of what you think you'll get. You can get a bigger bunch at a local shop for a fraction of the price Expensive delivery charges too. Bought as a gift for the wife, won't be doing this again. Avoid!

Not very good had too refresh the page and it alto put my address rather then the address I wanted it too go to, I noticed stright away the error and asked for them too change it before labels was printed and had a replie saying no due too high demand for the price I think that was wrong won't be useing again!..

Ordered flowers to a company address, but due to the government lockdown it would be closed.
I emailed the company to ask them to change the address giving plenty of notice, and there response was that they had already printed the label. The website says if you are out they will leave them on the doorstep. So a bunch of flowers left on the door step in the middle of a town is what I paid for.
All because a bunch of jobsworths can't print another label.
Do not give these people any of your money
