Avoid using this store's services. I ordered a couple of items with delivery from UK to Europe last year, and I still regret it. They made a mistake and stated the wrong value on the package - twice the actual amount. Due to this error, I had to pay a significant customs duty (40 pounds). In response to my complaints, the store initially promised to investigate, then requested additional documents (which I provided), subjected me to rude behavior, and later promised again to look into the matter. In the end, I didn't receive any compensation and I regret the time and money spent.
Ed Sheeran's page is like a failed attempt to duplicate a social media platform. You have to pick your own personal photo as well as fill in details for a profile. Who wants to go through all that, right?
