I got my boss ecollar like 5 years ago. Recently I lost the charger in my move. I have the main component and 2 Shock collars for my 200 pound dog. I submitted online asking about help for which charger it was to grab. I also found the number after so I called and they placed the order with me. By the time I got off the phone form ordering (5 minutes) they had already emailed me a response with links! Outstanding support. Thanks guys!
Do not buy the two dog version. They have very limited capacity compared to the single dogs and there is not an upgrade available that allows you to use all the functions of a single dog mode in two dog mode.
