I've always received my items in a timely fashion. I've always gotten a response when I emailed them. The merchandise is not counterfeit from what I can tell. To me it looks like the same stuff you get out of Best Buy and Target and Walmart. You know the stuff that says made in China. So all these people on here complaining are whiners and I bet over exaggerating. Been dealing with this company for at least 4 years now.

Paid 17 days ago for two PS3 controllers, no tracking yet. About to escalate to a Pay Pal claim. Should've just went to Gamestop instead of waiting by the mailbox like a fool. EVERYONE STAY CLEAR OF THIS SITE. The cheap prices are not worth the hassle. Also, their items are low quality and will break in no time flat. ALSO, THEIR WEBSITE IS DOWN HARD AT TIME OF THIS REVIEW. My fault for not looking here for reviews first.

Bought and paid for 3 headphones. Eachmall responded with that they are out of stock but I responded with replace with a single pair that was less amount and they can keep the difference but after 2 weeks of no tracking and I keep messaging asking status to them but no reply. I have to report that this site is a FRAUD and SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They will ignore you and try and keep your money. AVOID WITH ALL COST.

I ordered something on this website a week ago, they immediately asked for a picture of my credit card and driver licence for "verification" (I never had to do this and I ordered close to 200 items from Aliexpress, taobao, banggood, dx). I sent them right away and since then my order is still "unshipped". They keep promissing a shipping day and then did nothing.
I think I have been conned into providing my credit card and personal information. I was stupid. Don't repeat my mistake.

I bought a sky 3ds card last november.It didn't work good after contact them I could sent it back, They got it in februari, but still no solution, they only say we let you now as soon as posible. That's now for already 3 months i regular ask why it takes so long but always the same answer. I don't believe I get it back.

Tip for consumers:
First time buying is oke they ship fast,when problems with product it's very bad,not fast response and no solution at all.

90% of chance you will get DOA or defective product from China. After that you have to pay for return shipping to China. Read terms: For any returned items, buyer should be responsible for the return shipping fee.
Eachmall and Eachgame are both websites must be prohibited.
Stay away from www.eachmall.me, they are scammers and you will loose your money and your temper dealing with these jerks!"

I bought beats wireless headphones and after 10 days still nothing. The sent me to confirm the shipping adress i confirmed it ******* times. They just want to win some time i dont know i paid 30 bucks for express shipping.

Ordered 2 PS3 controllers and 2 pair of bluetooth headphones on January 29,2015. Anticipated date to recieve items was February 20,2015. To date I have not received the items I ordered and I have emailed this company multiple times and was promissed items were forthcoming. Don't Do It! Byers Hickmon

I ordered my product on the 9th of December, Recieved it on the 29th of December. I really loved my item, it was what i was expecting.

Expect to wait some time but its worth it at the end.

Very Bad experience. I ordered a couple of PS3 controllers and a shell to replace another PS3 controller. First it took two weeks after my payment was verified to let me know that the items were on back order (and I had to contact them to find that out).
Once the items finally arrived (four weeks after ordering and paying for 4-6 day shipping from Fed Ex) they arrived via DHL (not Fed Ex) and they will not work. The controllers will not pair up and the shell will not fit. Tried several times to contact Eachmall only to get replies that kept repeating themselves. "please provide a pic, or please tell us the problem". I would tell them the problem and send a pic but no help there.
I used Pay-Pal to pay and opened a dispute. They were going to rule in my favor and issue a refund, all I had to do was ship the items back. When I checked on shipping rates, the cost far exceeded the refund amount. I paid $56 US and the cheapest shipping I could find was $76 US.
My recommendation, stay away from Eachmall. Do not use Pay-Pal or any other means to pay. You will not be able to get you money back due to the high cost of shipping to China.

I bought a replacement screen for a Wii U gamepad and it arrived completely shattered. I followed all of the procedures for the return policy and have emailed them multiple times and never heard back from them. This was months ago! Luckily it was cheap!

Wow... still waiting a month to get few items that from ebay would be 10 days max. Even from china... broken English replies to inquires say wait longer... check your local post office? Lame... spoiled by Meritline.com... for years their ship from china has been 10 days max... once and never again leachmall... please update order tracking

After not getting any tracking info for a week, I sent them a message requesting it. They did send it to me, but the only activity line was "Processing at BFE warehouse". After another week with no delivery and no tracking updates I sent another message (pasted below).
