I have ordered twice before (about 5 pieces, all bikinis each time) and honestly I've NEVER had a problem with my orders. That being said, I know my size, I know what I want, I've never changed my mind about sizing or anything so I've never had to contact customer service. Shipping from Florida to Toronto takes about a week. The only thing I don't like are the new duty fees (disruptive youth has no control over that), it's a government taxing thing. On my first order I didn't have to pay it, now every little thing I'm buying from the US I have to pay extra duty fees:/ Still a good company, quality pieces. I'm always happy with my purchases
I requested a return, and tried again after three weeks of waiting to hear back. I read all of the reviews on here and was hesitant to buy in case it didn't fit. Well, sure enough, customer service has not gotten back to me about my return in over a month. I know the bikinis look cute, but it is so not worth the stress you guys

I tried for weeks to make a return and was unable to get a hold of anyone. They just deleted my comments on instagram and refused to get back to me. There is no one you can call or email even. Would not recommend. They even went as far as to block me just bc I asked to make a return.

If I could give this a negative amount of stars I would. They do not respond to you if you request a refund. This has happened with multiple products I purchased from this website. Do not waste your time, the clothing is cheap anyway

I ordered three bathing suits from them and none of them fit and so i returned them and they sent them back to me and did not refund me and won't return any of my emails. The quality of the bathing suit was not good or stretchy at all, i ordered a large and a medium and the fit just the same. Definitely not worth $60+
I was super excited to receive my bikinis but the sizes did not fit and the quality was not worth for how much they charged. The day I received my bikini, I saw reviews that they don't let you return and they even have a fake return policy they do not actually follow. I contacted them multiple times asking for a return, no answer. I was then okay to just keep it but I wanted to at least exchange. Still no reply. Had to contact my bank to have a dispute bc they are avoiding. This is cheap quality, poor customer service, and here just to take your money. Order from Frankies or big brand websites. This was one of the biggest scams as I can't get $111 back for 3 pieces of cheap bikinis. So many people had problems similar to me, where DY purposely don't put their return address and have to go through them to return the bikinis, and they won't reply so overall you just cannot. Their bikinis are not worth it and a lot of ppl got scammed where they resell their bikinis for cheap on ebay or Poshmark/Mercari. So just buy it from those websites, not directly from DY.
I returned my items over two weeks ago, they have received the order back and haven't issued me a refund. I have reached out via their Instagram, website and email and have RECEIVED NOTHING BACK. Extremely unprofessional and never ordering from them again.
I have tried to return a bikini and have not got a refund or respond to any of my dozens of emails for months. Just took my money and won't even bother to respond.
Ordered a few pieces that I was super excited about. About a week later they emailed to say what I ordered was out of stock (they had already took the money out of my account) and asked if there was anything else I would like instead. I said no and asked for a refund. No reply. Followed up 3 more times to finally a reply saying they could do store credit. I said no since none of my items have shipped. Followed up 3 more times to no answer. I will be following up with my bank for fraud. It's been 3 months now and after emailing once a week I gave up- worse costumer service ever. I would encourage people to buy from anywhere else. They just take your money and then not care. Savannah has so many young girls buying from her so she thinks that she can get away with having horrible customer service. Wouldn't be surprised if this "business" went under. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
If I could give this company zero stars I would. I returned a swim top close to three weeks ago now due to fitting issues AND STILL NO REFUND. I have emailed and inquired through the contact us link on their website SEVEN TIMES. Crickets. No response. Do NOT spend your money here. Voicing my frustration so this does not happen to anyone else. Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE. Actually, not terrible service... BECAUSE I GOT NO SERVICE/ASSISTANCE AT ALL. Spent $70+ for nothing. DO NOT DO IT.
I ordered a bikini online by mistake and asked to cancel the order as the bikini was just out of my budget. It took FOREVER to get into contact with them and when someone finally answered on instagram after many emails sent, many instagram dm's and comments on their posts, I was reimbursed only part of my order. I have been trying to contact them ever since and no response. I never got a bikini and they didn't fully reimburse me for the charges. I will never ever order from them again, and do not recommend to anyone! Bad experience
I paid around 20 dollars to order "
Two day shipping" because I wanted my bathing suit before the 4th of July I ordered it Thursday morning! And it came the following Thursday night and remind you I live 4 hours away from the warehouse they were shipping it from and it took a week for it to ship. I had a horrible experience with this company they need to go out of business...
I've emailed 5 TIMES! About returning my product. Ordered a size medium and it would fit an xs. I paid $73 for this swimsuit and no help or response. Awful. I've dmed them multiple times and commented and still nothing. I want my money back. I'll never order from here ever again, they just want your money. Expected better.
You see ALL the bad reviews. They're there for a reason. You have been warned. Unless you know for a fact the swimsuit will fit you then don't throw your money out the window. The sizings are horrible and you'll request a refund or exchange and you'll never here back. I am so livid and read all these reviews and didnt listen.
Disruptive Youth is basically stealing money from its customers and unfortunately, most are probably teenage girls and young ladies that cant afford to have their money taken from them.
They do not respond to your requests for a return unless you hound them day after day. Even when you do get instructions on how to return merchandise, they receive the return and then do not issue a refund. In fact, they dont even let you know they received the return. If you leave negative feedback on their Instagram page, they delete it within a couple hours and dont even bother responding.
Ive had to resort to opening a fraud case with my bank to get my refund. Luckily I used a trackable return method and have delivery proof. Hopefully this will help in my case.
Please avoid them - and honestly the bathing suits are cheap quality. Nothing better than you might find at Target.

By far the worst clothing store, they just want to keep your money and never respond back to their customers concerns. It has been over 2 weeks and still no reply back regarding a refund. I have sent back my merchandise and got nothing. How do they treat their customers with such disrespect. Disruptive Youth deletes all their feedback on Instagram so you wont know until they ignore you. They deleted all 4 of my feedback and plenty more from other customers. It is real feedback, they should know better. I should have listened to the other reviews before buying from this company and I will let everyone know about how this company works. Such a sad company, just wants your money. Savannah Montano should just stick to Instagram because she obviously cannot handle a business.
I bought 3 pieces from DY and loved one and decided to return the other two for a refund. It took FOREVER to get a return address (they don't have an address listed like traditional online stores. You have to wait for them to get back to you with the return address). I returned my order OVER A MONTH AGO and still no refund. I have no other choice but I reported the transaction as fraud with my credit card. I reported today. Good job DY
