Direct Web Design have been extremely helpful from day one.

Even after my website was completed I still needed help and they were happy to assist. If I ever contacted them, they were prompt in getting back to me and dealt with all my needs.

I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a professional website to use them.

The whole process of building a website was very easy, not like my last designer I had hired.

I was able to easily send through the changes and the website came out better than expected.

Look more into this company before you buy, just need to do a quick google search. All these reviews are fake

He took way longer than the 15 days he claimed it would take and after weeks did not have anything close to a finished product
The product was a simple copy and paste from another company

Terrible communication skills - seems like he was just copy and pasting what he was getting sent from someone overseas that was doing the work
Once he saw that we were unhappy with the work, he just cut off communication even after multiple calls and e-mails

Very unprofessional business

After asking some of the companies he claims he made websites for, they have not heard of this business

The addresses he uses on his website aren't even owned by him
Doesn't use his real name, has multiple business names such as
'you go designs' - ABN 79 354 188 502
'dynamic web design'
And
'direct web design'
That are all exact replicas of each business
Don't recommend at all, steer clear of this fraud

Have no problems with Direct Web Design from the very start they have been great and have listened to my needs, even when I decided to change the layout half way through the project they were happy to help.
