Danke Deuba
Don't worry, you haven't accidently stumbled upon a German review site, however if you are German; "Es tut mir Leid für meinen Mangel an deutschen". So in english, and on with the review... A few weeks ago I ordered a folding wooden garden side table from Deuba via their Ebay site. The table arrived in about four days, quite good going from their German base. The quality of the table is very good, especially as it cost under £18.00, so good in fact that I ordered a second one. This one cost under £16.00, so even better value and just as good as the first. If my first two sorties in to the world of Deuba are anything to go by, l will be using them in the future.
The only thing I have left to say is danke Deuba!
I ordered, and paid for, a greenhouse and greenhouse base from Deuba. The good were never delivered, despite a replacement parcel being sent, Evri appear to have lost both of them!. Unfortunately this seems to be down to an issue between Deuba and Evri (the company they use for UK delivery). The issue now is that they want me to return parcels that I have never received before giving me a refund. Yes, you've spotted it... how can I return parcels which I've never received? They have no customer service telephone number and refuse to speak to their customers directly. They use facebook messenger to front their customer services offering, they respond within 2 days (normally) but absolutely do not answer queries and simply will not call me to help resolve the question. Their website says 24/7 support - not true as they only res[pond during Germany business hours and only within 48 hours! Frustrating as this has been going on for 4 weeks now. I may have no option but to take this through the small claims court. I'd advise everyone to be really careful before using Deuba!
