My husband and 1 ordered a kitchen £******* This is the worst most incompetent unprofessional company.
Employed a fool to take the initial order who messed up on many things on the plan.He has now gone.
It's owner takes on too much work and has messed my family around for 10weeks.
Does not communicate properly has taken 10 weeks to not even complete a 4 week job.
Daily excuses about no fitters many lies, bad attitude always making excuses and blaming the manufacturer (who actually were the most helpful) use these people at your peril. They are totally lousy from start to not finish the job 1 time came once in 14 days sometimes come only 2 or 3 hours.
The owner keeps pulling fitters away to other jobs. She is totally unprofessional and would achieve a lot more if she left the fitters alone to get on with their job instead of keep interfering She has not a clue about time scale. Doesn't listen to customer feedback just spouts excuses and lies about timescales.
Unbelievable amounts of time wasted by them to have keep loading unloading their tools. Some aspects of fitting highly questionable. Fits a double socket right below water pipes when it would have been safer on the the wall away from possible water leaks and virtually destroyed the backs of 2 sink units.
Unnecessary large cut out for fusebox leaving old wall exposed.
Put tools all over new units and appliances without any covering.
This has been the worst experience of my life.
Owner refused to give a monitored mobile number and gave a number that she never answers.
Total incompetent cowboy outfit avoid at all costs unless you want stress and headaches everyday. Customer service non existent.
Despite Maree pathetic reply (she spoke about 1 days work prior to most of faults being discovered that went as planned). The fact is the overall job was a joke and photos don't lie the overall job is atrocious and an appalling way to behave to customers. Avoid these incompetent people like they have the plague. Lousy scam company with rubbish fitters.
Split up with domestic partner and uses that a an excuse for disgraceful service. Should be closed down immediately.
Supplied wrong wall units which she told us were not available manufacturer confirmed that is another lie too. I will be taking court action for 50 percent of the job is wrong plus suing for stress delays and compensation. Do not ever consider using these imbeciles. They gave no respect for your new units using them as a tool cupboard nothing covered totally unprofessional.
