I'm just relieved I actually received the item I ordered from decorprice.com. They said they would update with shipping information after the item (ceiling fan) shipped. They didn't update me & would not answer calls (hung up on me after being on hold twice). I thought I had been scammed until the fan turned up two weeks later.
Tip for consumers:
Be patient. Give it at least three weeks to receive your item. It was like shopping by mail in the 90's. You order but then wait without any updates, not knowing when your item will arrive.
