I spoke with the representative name Paul and he was the best spent at least 40 minutes on the phone working with me and put together a awesome package for my Ferrari 488.

Definitely will buy my rime from this company again. He is definitely a asset to the company not many reps take the time to get things right.

Buy from a local shop so they can deal with the crap. First they sent the wrong center caps (no big deal they made that right). Then 2 of the wheels and tires wouldn't balance so awful vibration. So when I took it to a shop they informed me they are directional wheels and was all the same(so no left and right side) but that was my fault for not noticing because I claim to be the wheels expert. Oh and the tire sensors never worked and one turned out the be bad. After all that I was tired of dealing with the sh*t and wanted a refund (I was over it) BUT of course they put me off with excuses till their 30 day return policy was over. I own a business and sometimes you have to suck it up and make people happy even if you Might loose a dollar because I buy a new truck every few years so In the long run it would have paid off for them to make it right. But they wouldn't... awful service but who am I, who gives a fu*k right

My man Brock with Custom Offset has done a great job checking in with me and giving me awesome customer service! I am now just waiting on the Rims and Tires to get here! Hello, I have received my leveling kit for my 21 FX4 Ranger, only two or three days after I bought it. My experience was great and i had it put on not long after I got it. Sorry I don't really keep up with my emails, I seen you tried before. I might post it to the gallery after I get all my bulbs on the back upgrade this weekend, and get my windows tinted. It looks really cool all black, leveled and has morimoto xb led headlights! Thank you guys!

Never Again! Once they have your payment method and you get the sorry we are out of stock email all phone calls and emails will go unanswered. Customer service will pull a cease and desist. If you have questions, don't bother calling, it is as if they have caller ID and if your payment has cleared they cant be bothered talking to you. You will get the voice message that they will get back to you before the end of the day. Don't hold your breath waiting for that call. If I can save just one person from this BS company than this post was worth it.

First time buying a set of rims & ESR CS15's popped out at me considering the budget I'm on. They looked stunning during open box but man does it do justice

If you're trying to get a set, especially for the first time & you're also in a tight-ish spot financially, I definitely recommend looking into ESR's. Plus, CustomOffsets offers financing! P.s. Can't go wrong with that ceramic coating to finish off

I recoed the 2 center caps to replace the ones that were a different color they are almost identical except the new ones are slightly thicker and the back is molded differently so I have to buy new bolts to get them to fit on the rims because my original order that fits came with 1 long screw and one short screw each the new caps need long screws to reach the threaded holes in the rims

I ordered from them for a full package, and it was seamless! Great fitment knowledge, great response time, and fast shipping. First I uses there wheel finder and selected wheels, after eBay aAmazon said these wheel didn't fit. I thought these guys were custom after I received the wheels, they didn't fit. I returned the wheel and they reported they were all damaged and they were scrapped, therefore no refund, they sent these bogus pics to be of wheels that were installed on another vehicle, buyer beware, I tried to get there assistance with fit-men and I never received a call back. So I'm out of $800.
Last email I received from them after waiting for a month for a refund

Thanks for reaching out! The manufacturer confirmed all four wheels were received back with damages and are non-refundable. I apologize for the inconvenience. They do not have any other photos of the wheels as they are already scrapped since they are non-usable.

I just want to take a moment to say I have been dealing with Custom offsets for over 5 years and have always received the up most professional service. Just recently I had an order mixed up by the manufacturer & I was taken care by Micah who was able to sort out my order and get my refund asap to me. Communication has been up and down. Pretty disappointed as I've worked hard to be able to afford the simple wheels and tires I requested. They originally sent me an email stating my tires are ready from the manufacturer and then all of a sudden nothing. Had to follow-up with them to see what the deal was. Per them the manufacturer is now having a hard time finding all my tires. Unfortunately, the consumer gets the shaft. I mean I understand production is behind due to people not wanting to be gainfully employed and resources but come on! Those who work need to drive there! Up front communication would be awesome but there won't be a next time. If you do buy from them I suggest going with a good tire that is in stock as I had to find an equivalent of what I wanted.

I'm a first time customer with offset and I must say I am very pleased! My new wheels and tires are perfect! One box was damaged from the lift I ordered but not the fault of custom offset. Box was re-delivered very quickly! I will definitely be a life long customer!

Rims and tires were excellent! Had to trim a little of the fender but not bad. Had three tpms not work but these guys made it right by refunding the cost! Would highly recommend, very knowledgeable and friendly staff!

2020 Ram3500 Dually HD Limited Black Edition. 6 brand new sensors would not communicate with the truck will have to put stock sensors back in! 6 new Fuel Cleavers with Nitto Dura Grapplers and 13oz. Of balance beads in each and didn't balance balance at all! Truck shakes pretty bad at most speeds! All this after 800 miles so far! No change! WTH is going on here if the the product isn't right!

Custom offsets does what many don't! I was in a bad situation after a long wait for a new truck. I ordered my wheels/tires and lift for the truck long before the truck was complete. When the truck/lift were finally ready. They didnt fit at all. Called custom offsets, explained the situation (begged a little) and they fixed the issue without hesitation. Definitely going to them for all my wheel/tire/lift needs in the future!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! From this company. The customer service is beyond abysmal and I myself have been waiting almost 7 months now for tires that are backorder or to even replace them for other ones. Its been weeks since I last heard from them and what's worse they take a whole day just to answer one question via email. This has been going back and forth with them for 7 months, I have pleaded for someone to call to better resolve this situation but they refuse. At this point I feel like I have to take legal action over something so trivial like changing tires for another since they no longer have the ones I got. Horrible customer service save your self from the pain and shop somewhere else, I wish I had read these reviews. I will leave this review in every platform that I can.

The person I talked to on the phone was polite, knowledgeable and quick to get my order taken care of. Communication on the shipments was great and I received everything quickly and in great condition. Will definitely be doing business with them again.
