Very poor customer service. When you emailed them and ask for help, they only respond to one of your questions and ignore your other questions; Then when you're finally tired of asking and asking... you get fed up and call them out on their bs; they email finally with "I'm canceling your order"... Scammy Canadian website.

Proceed with caution. They are entitled brats who can't handle a customer who's tired of being ignored.
