“MADE A BOOKING MISTAKE ON PRICE LINE AND THE RESERVATION MANAGER OLIVIA HELPED ME OUT”
February 8th, 2016

I booked an incorrect date for a hotel on Price line. Was going to have to pay a $193 cancellation fee. The reservation manager at the hotel was nice enough to save me the $193!
