I enjoy Court TV tremendously and appreciate the anchors and their ability to help the viewers understand the legal processes. The only anchor that I avoid listening to is Ted Rowlands. I understand that his background is full of crime documentaries, and fact-finding. Nonetheless To me, he comes across as a bit scatter-brained. When he Is anchoring, I find him over-confident about his knowledge of the legal process in the courtroom. For some reason I find him annoying... his vocal tones seem artificial, his comments not thought through.
I love Court TV's content but the have way too many commercials and repeat the same ones over and over again. The commercial times seem way longer than the regular programming. Very, very irritating. I would give them 5 stars if it weren't for the commercial breaks.
Pathetic! How they stay on the air is beyond comprehension. Constant breaks, oh by the way they are NOT live. The guests are a complete waste of time, opionate hosts adding their thoughts are not welcome. Law and Crime is much better and, yes, they are live.
Vinnie sucks. He asks guest attorney's to comment, thenen he interupts them and argues with them. Rude. I refuse to watch him...
I watch court tv during the day.NEVER VINNIE. And he is a lead. GET SOMEONE ELSE.
Sorry vinnie, you suck.
Years ago, you could watch trials with few interruptions. Now, I've worn out the "mute" button on my remote. Not only are there commercials every 10 to 15 minutes, but they are the same commercials repeated over an over sometimes up to 6 times. Then, when the program finally comes back on, there is a lengthy "recap" by the tv host. They also say that they pause the proceedings so you won`t miss a thing. Seems they pick up somewhere in the proceedings after the "host" gets through the redundant details and or discussions with guest attorneys,

When is court tv going to change there ad for past cases? I'm sick of seeing the same old cases. Please please change the add!

Watching a show and shuts your show down and goes to whatever the live one is. Also constant commercials. The original live court TV was great. This one is too frustrating to watch. Never again!
Form 1:30 to 7:00pm. Drawn out for the judges ruling to fill air time. How many commercials can one stand? Ridiculous. I'll record shows from now on to blow through the bla bla and commercials. Geeze.
Are you kidding me?
Court tv cameras are out of focus and out dated!...
PLEASE FIX YOUR CAMERAS!
I usually watch Court TV everyday. This week there has been a male guest lawyer. His grammar has been so poor that I had to turn it off.
There's a total of maybe 2-3 good reporters out of everyone on this show, Julie grant needs to go her attacks on maya was disgusting. Not just that most reporters are bias and it's funny with their opinions being wrong 99.9 percent of the time and them being wrong on what the outcome will be Julie grant is a gossip mean girl
I just had the FL v Quiles trial on but all I see is a judge just sitting there looking around, no one thought to pan the fxxxxj camera? Typical quality of good ole greed nowadays. Dr's, lawyers, and judges run this country. What a $#*!ing shame, as I smoke my Strudel in state sanctioned peace. Thanks Colorado for saying "$#*! You Hoover".
Commentators very opinionated as if theyre being "bought";-ignoring FACTS ie current N.M. Gutierez case/railroad job=BIG MONEY PAYOFFS!

It's an unfortunate aspect of our modern time that a show like Court TV (owned by Scripts Co.), decides to take one of the most important parts of American life, our judiciary system, and turn it into a reality show.
To be allowed into a courtroom to report on the proceedings should be treated as a privilege. Instead, Court TV is being allowed to turn those proceedings into a drama fest by having the hosts use incendiary language that evokes; anger, outrage, lack of empathy, etc. towards defendants.
We shouldn't allow ourselves to be hoodwinked by the 'scripted' reality-show-nature of Court TV and its hosts. While many of their 'experts' do seem to have a substantial level of expertise, Court TV producers are well aware of how each one of the hosts will comment and illicit more drama from their viewers. This is how reality shows are produced!
Sadly, reading comments on Court TV's social media pages, proves that Court TV producers are getting the exact response they intend to, a Jerry Springer-esque circus of people who are probably shouting at their screen, "Burn her, burn her." And like a terrible accident on the side of the road, few will turn away. It's up to us as citizens to decide where we will put our time, energy and money.
I am watching the Depp- V Heard trial and I understand the producers need to show ads but do they have to show 5 ads of the exact same thing in a row? I'm not exaggerating, I've watched the same ad over and over and over and over again.
Whomever programs their commercial breaks needs to be fired. Seriously it's cruel and unusual punishment and makes me leave to literally any one else's coverage because NO ONE has ads on repeat like that.
I occasionally watch the court cases on court TV but because of one anchor Ted Rowlands I no longer watch. I don't like his voice, he comes off as arrogant one-sided, rude and very unprofessional. He always manages to throw a dig at someone and take sides when he supposed to be unbiased. You are not on the jury! I don't like him at all. I don't like his mannerisms or anything about him so I don't watch anymore if he's going to be on
It make no since that you think everyone cares about a millionaire civil matter to Fargo the most telling trail of the year. The Icecream murder trial is an important look at a possible travesty of justice. This trail is way more important that you are covering it.
Shame on you for going for stories involving wealthy unaffected ridiculous actresses civil trail that should have been settled.
You have shown your true colors by completing stopping all tv coverage of a very important trail that has many many many questions about a man who clearly was robbed assaulted and maimed for life who has not ever been bonded out and has a very compelling defense and several shady characters that clearly are news worthy especially when you continue to say you care about justice (?)
Shame on you for dropping this coverage for absolute nonsense
Thank you
I give it two stars because there's entirely too many station breaks, showing the same thing. The musical interludes are a bit annoying and Vinnie Palatine can be a little obnoxious at times.
Court TV's excessive commercial breaks and biased reporting is the whole reason why LawTube/live trials being covered on YouTube channels (e.g., Law&Crime, Rekeita Law) have so many viewers! I used to watch Court TV but something changed with them. They have become just like the deceitful and biased MSM. I now watch every trial on YouTube. The channels are hosted by lawyers, so their commentary is engaging and intelligent.
Omg you can't even get into any of the shows there's too many commercials.
Hate this channel. Never will i watch this chanel again.
Am I the only one fed up with the repeated commercials on Court TV? ESPECIALLY the Darrly Brooks CommercialI? It was offensive to watch his antics during the trial and now we have to watch the repeated commercials?
I recently discovered another type of Court TV called 'Law & Crime Trial Network' and it is SO refreshing to be able to watch the trials without all of the repeated and redundant commercials shown, on Court TV
Well let see I turned on the TV to watch something and TV was set to your channel. I watched a little and feel asleep a little and trying to find out what is going on. There is 4 half stories being told at the same time. WHAT. Whose lame $#*! idea was this. I'm not going to watch Court TV because It is to confusing to keep up. Bye all
Court TV has become absolutely unwatchable due to so many long, boring Medi-Care coverage commercials. I've been trying to watch the Depp v. Heard trial but finally gave up. It's been 5 min. Of "live" courtroom coverage followed by 5 min. Of commercials. This pattern continues all day long. I sat through every minute of the O. J. murder trial, but never would have stuck with it given the current programming format.
Enough is enough dam. Tired of watching the bull$#*!. There Is more important stories then this over and over
Court tv has zero respect for or understanding of veterans. It's not a true show it's a showcase if unprofessional high-schoolers with small minds catering to hype, opinion, drama and high school play.
