I am blown away by Capital vacations and their customer service! After getting manipulated into a contract in 2020 we've been trying to get out… basically since 2020. Trapped in an ownership we can't use, we have made call after call to try and get help. Finances have been tight and our credit has been hurting, we were getting texts from Capital saying they wanted to help, so I called and all they talked about was a "settlement" but for an amount we couldn't afford! We went back and forth with Capital a few times and not knowing what to do scrounged up enough money to get them off our backs for a whole month and the very next phone call asking for help she says "oh no that was never an option, you would never qualify for settlement, that never happened". Such gaslighting! We paid three thousand dollars for help and still can't get out and just get lied to. If you're thinking about putting your trust in this company… don't.
