This is the second time I have tried to make a withdrawal and each time they come up with excuse after excuse why they can't pay me the withdrawal either it's on hold or it's pending all they're doing is trying to delay so I can lose my winnings which I pretty much done both times so they don't have to pay me out. I am not playing it any longer that way you will have to pay me out I have lost thousands with you guys and you can't give me one simple withdrawal. It's absolutely ludicrous and ridiculous the way you guys are operating. You guys declined a withdrawal but then 15 minutes later made it pending now how does that make any sense and it's been pending for 48 hours now. I will do whatever I have to do to rectify the situation and nobody else has to deal with this mess

I made a deposit with bit play and was told that my Bitcoin fees would be covered. However, once I made the deposit, they were not covered. Only $3 were covered and the fees were 11. They should not be lying about what they will do.

I won a significantly larger amount than usual on 12/21/23. I requested the max I could withdrawal($200) and the status underneath the withdrawal said "on hold" for the first time for over 12 hours. I had contacted customer service many times and was given different answers each time. Was also lied to by the agent Grace and was told I could continue to play and my withdrawal would be processed. That was a lie and my withdrawal that I won fair and square was declined. The agents were rude to me afterward and said "it wasn't my job to tell you not to play when you have a withdrawal pending, it's my job to assist you". Well then why did you tell me I could play without it affecting my withdrawal only for another agent to tell me that when you do it gets declined?I have over 25 pages of deposits and they want to screw me over on a withdrawal? They just lost a good customer.

I have been waiting two days for my money to be sent to my account they keep saying it will be sent soon but not sent over.

I deposited 40 dollars in Bitcoin and for whatever reason only $39.38 in bit coin was transfered to the Bitcoin address provided via Bitplay, when I logged into my account only 20 not including that days bonus was only deposited into my account when I asked what happend to the rest of my money I was told only 20 dollars was transfered when I have the proof that states clearly that $39.38 was transfered to the bitplay Bitcoin address to the day I still have not received the rest of my money but have been given the run around and or the let's ignore this person treatment, keep in mind all I am asking for is for what is rightfully mine and not as much as an explanation has been given to me, so for that I say "great job " keep up the good work"...

Wow trying to cash out 20$ and it's taking forever. I don't get it and can't no one tell me why it's on hold

They are refusing to cashout my winnings. After I've put SO MUCH into them. And they kept insisting that if I signed up for dogecoin they would expedite my BITCOIN withdrawl(which is supposed to take UP TO 24hrs...) So after DAYS I got a dogecoin and now I can't get anyone helpful to talk to and I'm being dismissed with every worker apparently has no recollection of previous convos plus no clue what is going on.

They clearly have that you can only withdraw $100 a day if you haven't made a deposit. They do not honor this. So, if you win on your bonus don't even bother to try and cash it in because it is no good. It is wasted money.

Do not play this game st Patrick's in Panda Master platform or bitplay at all! From the pics I took u can clearly see I won 129$ however I only received 29$ of it and they refused to honor it! It's a scam! I went back to play and I counted 19 spins before I won one cent!

I haven't been able to sign into my account at all they gave me a username and a password and it doesn't work and I keep letting customer service know that it doesn't work and they're not paying attention obviously nobody's been able to fix this issue the representatives that I talked to don't stay on chat long enough to figure anything out they say hello how may I help you and that's about the last that I hear from them

All this was true till I went to make a $100 withdrawal, my balance kept changing going higher but when I would shoot it dropped ALOT, I asked to just reset my balance and now I'm being ignored
