I'm am so pissed off thus site has taken 2 of my withdraw living saying I was paid then saying I didn't win. Totally scammers and when chatting they agent comes with a lot of lies so they just took 194.00 from me. This is picture of Mt winning but they say I was paid then wait I didn't have winnings to claim. Then went as gar as to try to charge me to get partial payment. I need help this is not the first time

I have never had any issues with this place until two day ago when I requested a withdrawal and from what I've read from the other reviews it's something that seems to happen quite often and the reasons given for not getting your money are just excuses because I have not been offered any type of alternative payment or even credits for a game absolutely nothing to try to make right all I know is anyone who wants to play they are other websites don't waste time n money here.!

The site in general is great i enjoy the platforms and the incentives are great. That being said the 2 stars were taken from the otherwise 5 star review as a direct result of customer support. I've had great experiences in the past but it seems as of lately support has been lacking and quite frustrating. As I was forced to do my own research and do a test send so I didn't have my whole balance lost. I still haven't heard from them and honestly feel they need to be more personal and not send generic messages that make it sound like I'm just talking to a bot with a name. These are simple questions that they should train and know as this is the field of work they are in. I find it hard to believe they can be that busy and take over 12 hours to get wheel bonuses deposited which most of the time its around 20 hours, in that case put 24 hours so it is more realistic to have done. Other than CS I love this platform and you would too.

I've played here for a few years now And haven't had many issues. I was playing a game on Ultra Power, I won $900 in bonus which I never received. After numerous phone calls, messages and chats they told me their reasoning for declining my withdrawal, A 'glitch'. A glitch in their system prevented them from paying me. It's been about 3 weeks now and I'm still trying to get my $26 deposit back. For this reason they suck.
They have received thousands of dollars from me, I am level 6. It's disheartening that once a jackpot finally drops for me, they refuse to pay it and call it a glitch.

As of today I am no longer a user on this platform for many reasons. But the straw that broke the camels back is I have officially been waiting 30 hours for my withdrawal and not one of the people from this site has contacted me or been able to resolve the issue and expect me not to be mad and continue to wait for them to pay me when they were supposed to have y money sent to within 24 hours and we are past 24 hours going in to day 2.
