Battery-vendor has a rating of 1.2 stars from 19 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Battery-vendor ranks 729th among Electronics sites.
After I had place to my order I read the reviews and got worried when they looked bad. But everything arrived just as it should have. Item looks to be in brand new condition, and is a legitimate Acer 180 watt charger exactly as it was pictured. The item did come from China so it took a few extra days then I had expected and maybe that's why the website got bad reviews. Maybe the item hadn't arrived fast and they thought it was a scam? Either way I definitely appreciate the good service.
Battery Vendors! Never, ever again! They're scammers an an incredible brazen, lying company. They provided a return address somewhere in China (not US original address), exposing me to additional costs and possible extra customs cost. So finally Ltd any return doesn't make any sense because cost of return is so high. They only answer for my question when I report you company on PayPal. Also they don't provided any documentation - no invoice, no papers, nothing just using parts.

Falsely advertised a battery charger for my laptop. When I received the wrong item it took almost two weeks to get any communication going. I had to pay priority shipping to send the item back. Now it's been 3 weeks and still no refund. Do t ever buy from this site.

Worst company i ever dealt with.Sent me item i didn't purchase. It was different from photo on website. They wanted me to pay to ship back. Why should i pay to ship an item back when they shipped me a different item? Paypal wouldn't refund me because i put Return to Sender on Box and didn't have a new tracking number. Picture with red circle is what they shipped me. Picture with gray circle is what i bought from their website. Will never buy from this scam company again. Horrible customer service.

Tip for consumers:
Just know that you are buying from overseas so it may take a little bit longer. It arrived at our house 12 Days After purchase so it still didn't take that long. If you're purchasing in America you have to use the link that they provide to show the original tracking but it also links directly to USPS once it hits USA.

I would've gave them 5 starts because I didn't have any issues ordering and receiving the product. However, I am very disappointed that they took over one month to send it to me because it was one week holiday oversees. As a consumer I don't care if you are on holidays, your business should remain OPEN and NOT close for the holidays. I was going to buy more items from here and now I cannot trust them.
This is a scam. Just like the person before me that wrote the review, I too paid for and have not received my battery charger or refund. This company disappears once they have your money. I have been trying to resolve this matter for a month now with no response. Save your money and time and DO NOT TRUST these people.
The battery charger sent did not work
The battery charger sent did not work. Requested a return address and provided a tracking number when I sent the package back. Per tracking the package was received. I had to ask twice for a refund, but I finally received an email saying batteryvend would post my refund. It's been a month now. Batteryvend won't reply to any attempted contacts and I have yet to see a refund. I had to involve PayPal to get a refund. Horrible Experience

I purchased a battery charger
For 2 pandemic years, nearly 100% of my purchases of non-grocery items have been made online. I have made literally thousands of such purchases. By far the worst experience has been associated with a purchase made from battery-vender.com. Anticipated shipping time was stated at the time of my purchase as 4 to 10 days. It has been over a month, and I still have not received my paid-for item. A half dozen attempts to get satisfaction have elicited no meaningful responses, but responses have been consistent. When I receive the item, I can then request return instructions. Postage for a return will be my responsibility. For some reason, I can't get customer service representatives to understand that a clearly lost item (indicated by tracking information) will mean that I am likely not to get the item nor a refund. Terribly frustrating experience.

I was as a little concerned after reading the reviews but I got what I ordered. It took about 10 days. I didn't realize this was an overseas company. I just assumed it was in the states. All in all I got what I paid for so I'm happy!
I needed a new charger for my Samsung Chromebook. I was very careful to pick a vendor who was offering certified chargers for this. They sent me this bigger charger that had WARNING FIRE stickers all over it. I never used it. I contacted them twice to arrange a return/refund. They never answered me. EVER.
Tip for consumers:
They are not able to obtain genuine replacement arts for name-brand electronics. They instead will mail you some item meant to resemble it but it may be dangerous to your equipment. Mine came with WARNING FIRE HAZARD stickers all over. Never plugged that one in. No responses from the vendor. Shafted me for $28.00 STAY AWAYrom these cheap bogus product dealers.

I ordered a power supply for a bluetooth speaker. This item shipped from China. When it arrived, the power supply did not fit the bluetooth speaker that it had been advertised to fit.
I contacted the vendor, and they requested the specific model number of my speaker. I sent them the requested information. After a few weeks, I contacted them again for an update. I received a reply saying they were closed for a week to celebrate Chinese New Year.
I filed a Paypal dispute. This item cost about $16USD, and I asked the vendor to send me a return shipping label if they wanted the device returned. I never heard back from the vendor after Chinese New Year. Paypal closed my dispute in their favor because I did not ship the item back to China at my expense.
This was a giant rip-off, and I would strongly caution everyone from doing business with this Chinese company. They apparently had no intent to ever make things right. Once they had my payment, I was hosed.
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy from this vendor. If the product does not fit or work, you will not see a refund.

I paid for a hard-to-find 45W Google Pixelbook 3.0 USB-C Charger Power adapter from this merchant. The site seemed professional; I was able to create an account with it and pay for my order via PayPal. Within five days, I received an email notification from the vendor stating that my purchased item had been shipped. The email contained a link with my tracking information. When I followed the link, it displayed an empty field and told me to enter a shipper, i. E. UPS, FedEx, or USPS to complete the tracking query.
I emailed the vendor about this once, then a second time when I did not receive a reply within three days. Finally, the vendor replied with an email that said: "I am sorry to inform you that your order is out of stock, hasn't been shipped out. Regards."
There was no signature, no indication of a refund, and no explanation for why I was sent tracking information when nothing had been shipped to me in the first place.
I emailed right away a request for a refund. I did not hear from the vendor, and as before, I emailed a second time. The vendor responded after the second email stating only, "Hi, I will apply refund for you." It has been two weeks from my order, and I have not received a refund from this merchant. The merchant's website is still fraudulently advertising that they have the item available for sale, and is still taking people's money for the item. The merchant site lists an address in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province of China.
UPDATE -- April 26,2021:
It gets worse. PayPal says that the vendor refunded me the money I paid, but that was days ago, and my actual bank statement shows no such activity. He managed to defraud PayPal.

After two months, the battery died. They said they would take it back for 50% of the value. In their return policy, they say they can charge 25% for re-stocking. They lie. Don't buy from them!

First, I received the wrong product that took 2 weeks to get.
The day I received it I tried to call them but their number consistently goes to a busy signal. I initiated a return on the website stating that it was the wrong product. The return was modified on their end stating that it wasn't the wrong product before the return process had even started. Thinking that it may have just been a mistake on my part, I initiated another one and the same thing happened. This was two weeks ago and the return process still hasn't gone through.
I emailed them letting them know I had started a return and the wrong information was on the return request and I couldn't figure out why. I ended up having to send 3 emails, tell them that I was going to contact my bank and the BBB, and write reviews on them before they even responded a week later. The correspondence has been fishy AT BEST.
The first reply I got was 1 sentence saying "it is a legitimate product," which I'm assuming was the response because they mailed me a brand I didn't order. I responded by letting them know that regardless if it is a legitimate product or not, what they sent is not compatible with my laptop. They asked for photos of what they sent. I sent them a photo of the power supply label, a photo of the charge stem, and a photo of my charge port, clearly showing they were not compatible. They responded again by asking for the model of my laptop. At this point, I figured if they really needed that information they would have asked for it in the last email. This conversation took an additional week.
My suspicion is that the 30 days for a return are coming up shortly and they are buying time. I'm not even sure why this is a problem quite frankly, it's a simple return for a mistake on their part.
I'm waiting for one last response after telling them I'm not going to send more pictures of my laptop since it isn't necessary. We'll see how this ends up. I'm pretty convinced I just wasted $60 on an off-brand supply I didn't order and is not compatible with my device.
