Picked up my new fur baby on Dec.2. From humane society of MS. She was brought back by 2 families. Didn't know why. Found out when I had her 1 day. Barking at dogs, sounds, people, thunderstorms, cars. I wasn't going to return her because I love her so much. Her name is Sweet Pea & I think your product is going to be a God Sent for us. Thanks.
I only wanted the nail pro and extra replacement head but your tactics for squeezing more money from people would not let me checkout without ordering more stuff and expediting shipment. I thought I would be able to remove them upon review of my order but NO. I feel completely railroaded. It better be awesome or you will be getting it back, nail dust and all. I don't appreciate strong-arm tactics. No class
Somehow when I ordered my auto fill gave used my former address so my Barxbuddy was delivered to Colorado, when I now live in AZ - when I told Barxbuddy via email what happened and ordered another Barxbuddy with my correct (new) home address they notified me that my Barxbuddy was being sent to my new address and they would credit my credit card for the Barxbuddy that I had inadvertently had sent to my old address - I'm a customer for life

I followed your instructions implicitly and haven't experienced any effect positive or negative which leaves me seriously doubting it does anything your sale and promotion materials claim it will. Although I will give it credit, the lights work. As for the so called ultra high frequency sounds it suppose to emit, I couldn't say. And based on my dogs response or lake of response, I would say the whole effort was a bust and will try to return it and get my money back.

The add ons at check out were obnoxious and annoying. Even worse, the product never arrived. A total scam.

After following the instructions to the letter, this instrument had no effect on our dog whatsoever one way or another. Am returning for full refund.

Product came quickly. And it works! It will be a great training tool for my new puppy. My older dog likes to bark and she has stopped immediately when I use the BarxBuddy. Very pleased.
I read an article about a person with her dog on an airplane that did not bark throughout the flight and I thought I'd give it a try.
I am trying to stop my dogs bad behavior when leash walking such as barking, lunging at cars that pass as we are walking down the street and jumping and grabbing objects (pine cones, leaves and sticks) as we walk along. Regardless of how many times or how long I press the button she ignores the BarxBuddy until the object passes by or is removed, then she stops the behavior of her own accord. BarxBuddy seems to have no effect.

I bought this for a neighbor's black lab. To test it I dropped it on my hard kitchen floor. It came apart and a few small pieces broke off from the inside. I put it back together and it still worked. I am returning it because I am afraid it might come apart while the dog plays with it and she might choke on the parts. I am really disappointed because it looks like a fun toy. If you make one with a more secure seal I would buy it again.
I tried this on both my dogs for over a week. Never bothered them at all. It's just an over priced strobe light. Very disappointed!
We were having problems with the dogs barking at everything and everyone. We could not talk to people outside if they came up to the fence. Now we can talk with our neighbors without them barking. Even the neighbors are amazed. We also have dogs that roam the neighborhood that come up to the gate and they no longer come up to the gate thanks to BarxBuddy. I don't even have to use the high pitch button just the light most times.
I did not know what else to do.
Frustrated no response to 2 emails concerning NO DELIVERY OF ITEM. I'm beginning to feel I've been ripped off.

I got so I that I dreaded walking my dog because she would bark whenever she saw another dog or person walking near us. I just couldn't stop the barking. I am thrilled to say that has changed. It is possible to "teach an old dog new tricks" with the help of this device. For a couple of days she got very nervous when she went on the patio. She associated the area near the gate and wanted no part of that
Device. She finally doesn't run when She sees the device in my hand. I'm enjoying the peace when we go for walks now.
I was hopeful the ads told the truth, so I took a change and ordered it. I have no regrets so far. Thank you for offering such a helpful product.
I was desperate that something would work.
I was somewhat dissatisfied when my dog was able to take the rolling ball apart after only an hour of playing with it and had the motorized internal parts in his mouth, It could have been a choking hazard. Before giving him the ball I did make sure the it was screwed together tightly and correctly, Great concept and I had high hopes that it would be a toy to keep my dog occupoed but I don't think it works for all breeds of dogs

I was looking for a toy the 'boys' could not chew up and one that would provide increased activity for all of them. BarxBuddy is that toy. After a good charge, the ball lit up, and rolled for hours, finding its way out of corners, from under furniture, and kept rolling. Long lasting charge. The boys are still trying to figure out what it is, precious pets, maybe a little lazy. The cat followed the ball around and hopefully, in time, after purchasing two of them, the furry kids will catch on to the fun.
Saw other toys similar to BarxBuddy but definitely pricier. I wanted to try out such a toy for the boys and this fit the needs, all the way around. Good company, prompt delivery, solid product. My only minor ‘beef’ is that I wish it had been made with a little softer material.
Our dogs, both Bella and Harry do very well with responding to BarxBuddy! We use our voice command at the same time as pressing the button and am very pleased with the response. I tried it on a new puppy ( 6months old) at my daughter's house and that puppy did not pay attention to it. But my dogs do and for that, I am thankful.

Immediately after placing the order I phoned and emailed to change the delivery address.
Giving BarxBuddy, my full address in the United States. Only part of it got put on the mailing label And even after trying to communicate with the delivery company DH L. There was no help at all.
As I knew it would it got to the Post Office and was sent back. So I can't review the product and have no desire to try again.
It was not a pleasant experience for me.

Was told Product would be delivered within 3-5 business day it has now been nine days and I still do not have the order. When I called to inquire I was told that it was out of stock and would not be in till Friday( today is Monday) when I attemprlted to cancel the order I was told that it was reordered for me and that I could not cancel it. When I asked for a supervisor I was told that they were all in a meeting and could not talk with me and I would have to call back.
Customer service person was Marie. She was very polite but not very helpful . See above comment

Because I thought the price was in AUD, not USD!

Did not realise the product was coming from USA until after I had paid for them, which probably mean the cost is in USD, not in AUD as I thought it would be. If I had known they were going to be charged in USD, I would not have purchased hazed them.
You should make this clear in your advertising!

This gadget is nothing more than a fancy flashlight with a laser. My dog demonstrates absolutely no reaction when I use it. Do not waste your money. If I had purchased it through Amazon I would return it for sure. But I did not and that was $42.00 down the drain.
This works like nothing else has. I have a Chihuahua that is the sweetest dog ever, but if you know anything about the breed you know how stubborn they are. This works great in the house so I'm happy. Does not work outside against bunnies and deer
I was ready to try anything and it sounded good.
I like the product, but I ordered 4 and only received one. I Contacted customer service and got a reply the next day apologizing and told they are shipping out 3 more. Since the problem was on their end I was expecting quicker or upgraded shipping instead of waiting over 2 weeks for my full order to be completed.

Have a female dog tiny little thing at my townhouse I'm not there but maybe six times a year, everytime I see her she will not stop barking? This BarxBuddy did the trick, Thankyou.

The Barxbuddy in my opinion is a waste of money. It has never worked as advertised. There are two numbers listed to contact. *******656 wants your credit card to charge you $1.98 for a $100 gift card. Calling *******081 gets you a live person but if you have had the device for more than 30 days there is no warranty.
