I purchased 2 hose pipes from them through Mighty Deals. I paid £3.99 for postage.
Not only did it take me 2 months and many emails to receive them. When I did finally get them, I had a note in the door, stating there was £4.00 additional postage to pay on each package. I emails them regarding this, they said they would reimburse me for the postage. That was 4 months ago!
Horrible customer service, I would never purchase anything from them again... STAY AWAY!
Double charged for postage on two products and non delivery ( as yet) on one item namely a garden hose. These people charged me twice for delivery charges on the same product then expected me to provide proof of the overcharging. Don't know why they bothered as they just ignored the proof. As for The garden hose purchased via go groopie the claim to have sent it ( yes right!) Dont touch them with a barge pole!
Bought voucher for 17.99 from mighty deals and paid 3.99 for postage in augst did not recieve hose pipe until october and was charged 56.99 when tried to email assistworld was told that was the price for postage and packing. Tried to contact mighty deal but no joy. Will be reporting both to trading standards and will be putting in for a claim to get my my money and wasting my time.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS – OR IT WILL COST YOU
29 August 2013 ordered voucher code from MIGHTY DEALS for 50ft XHOSE paid £17.99.
30 August 2013 received voucher, clicked link to ASSISTWORLD.CO.UK to place order and pay the remaining £3.99 P&P (Total £21.98). Delivery stated as 10 working days.
It is now 12 October 2013 and after several broken promises and many ignored emails I am still waiting to receive my XHOSE.
I have requested immediately delivery and finally a full refund – all ignored.
After visiting several review sites I am not surprised to learn that ASSISTWORLD.CO.UK already has an appalling reputation.
When you buy a voucher from MIGHTY DEALS there is no way of knowing who the ultimate retailer will be.
This method of selling also raises a problem when things go wrong – who do you sue?
I am reporting to Trading Standards and submitting a claim to my credit card company.
The website is a total fake! Do not try to buy anything as you will not receive any goods nor any reply from countless emails!
They have an account set up with moneybookers to take your money and withdraw from there. It showed up on my credit card statement.
