I had a problem with my account being charged after an issue occurred on there website trying and trying to cancel my subscription and they reached out extremely quick and gave me a refund and apologized and took full responsibility for the mistake within 15 minutes very good service if you have issues make sure you email them and don't be angry they will help and help you fast aswell.

Some minutes later they Just deducted another 19,90€ without me authorizing it. Some days later,they tried to deduct 39€ from my Bank Account saying: Nebula PayPal Lastschrift. I never subcribed anything nor provided SEPA mandatory to them. They regards my Bank Account as a Serve yourself! It is absolutely illegal scam and I will give that scan $#*! to my lawyer to sue them.

They sent you many emails omitting and writing in small script that you've been subscribed to their monthly services, and after taking money deny refund the same day.

To ask any question from their "experts", you need to buy credits that run out in minutes. I did not subscribe to anything, only got credits they give at the registration, and a month later they took money off my account

I should have read the reviews first. It said I could pay $:1.00 for a 7 day trial, which I did, paid through paypal. After that anytime I clicked continue, more charges was shown. I went to paypal to cancel my $ 1.00 and I see they took another $14.59 it off my account! I never authorized this charge! So I canceled both right away. STAY AWAY from this SCAM COMPANY!
We should be able to share a complain without have to add even 1 star... which they don't deserve!

Please stay away from these scammers. I am initiating legal proceedings to sue this company "based" in Cyprus. They scam you to pay a dollar for a reading, then start charging you 20 dollars every single week, even though you haven't authorized it. These predators prey on good people. I will stop them.

Stay away from asknebula.com! They have deceptive practices that trick you into purchasing their services without your consent. When you try to donate just 1€, they automatically enroll you in a useless service for 49€. When I requested a refund through their form, they never responded. Now, they're charging me 39€ for a monthly plan that I never agreed to. It's clear that they're running a scam, so please be cautious and avoid them at all costs.

I don't know where these positive reviews are coming from. All I wanted was to see if me and my partner was compatible. When they charged my bank account $19 I tried to contact them to cancel whatever I was being charged for. Made two attempts with no response from customer service. I will be placing a complaint with the BBB.

I was attracted by an Instagram ad offering future predictions for $1. After payment and account creation on their app, I never received the prediction. Subsequently, I deleted my account and the app. Later, I found a $19.00 charge for an unsolicited subscription, a clear case of unauthorized billing. Efforts to contact customer service for a refund were futile, met only with automated responses.

This experience and the lack of clear communication about hidden subscription fees reveal the service's deceptive practices. The Nebula Team's response, claiming transparency, contradicts the actual user experience of obscured agreements and unresponsive customer support. These tactics, which seem designed to exploit users, can be considered fraudulent

I clicked into an IG advert that walked me through a questionnaire. When I finished there were a few offer pages, all with big buttons and small print. Even the "skip this offer" was in small font, right under the button, and on the phone unfortunately it was all too easy to hit the offer button when trying to "skip this offer".

The website did not inform me that it had charged the offer to my card, and so I thought I had all these free credits. The psychic I chatted with was good, it was a good experience... except for the fact that I had no expected that it would cost me $49.99! That's 50 times what I had signed up for with a $1 offer!

When I complained to customer service I was of course flooded with all these screenshots of how I had brought this on myself. Looking through the internet it seems that many others have had a similar experience. The rapidity and bulletproof nature of their response also made me feel that this is a feature, not a bug in their marketing strategy.

I'm sorry I cannot recommend this app because of its bad business practices. Being a psychic site I can only say this sort of app design and response is not sustainable is sowing bad karma.

Let me start off by saying this is such a horrible horrible app to download first of all they say something about subscribing and free trial yet I got charged 53.49 when I deleted the app the same exact day I downloaded it! I requested a refund three different times, and they refuse to pay me my money back when I didn't even use the app to begin with I literally downloaded it took a look at it and deleted it the same day! Do not get this nebula horoscope is the most ripoff app I've ever downloaded in my life!

No I was satisfied with your support team. The booklet that I thought was part of the trial was $20. I'm single y'all put my mate as a Capricorn. Told false info. First impression ruined it. Then I seen my bank account with the $20 charges. So I'm not happy with your online service. Only that customer support is refunding my money. That's it. Was afraid to look further at your services fear of additional charges.

I'm out 42€ for services I never requested, I only asked for the free trial when I clicked on an ad to get a free reading and chose to provide a 1.20€ contribution then suddenly I had a deduction of an additional 19.99€ towards some report I never requested. I contacted support and was notified in email that this is a one-time transaction rather than subscription. I thought Ok maybe I made a mistake. Now I've just been charged 22.80€ out of no where. I go onto the platform and find that I'm subscribed to some weekly thing I again never requested (and as per their support reply should not be on). This is completely unacceptable. BE CAREFUL!

This site is a scam. Do not use! Super difficult to close and even after you cancel subscriptions they keep charging you. I will be taking legal action if this continues.

I've been charged 49.99$ for clicking on a link without confirmation required. Money have been directly withdrew and when I asked for a refund they told me only 50 % refund is possible. For something that I haven't even been asked if I want to purchase. I believe this is not legit.

This app is basically a scam, I paid $1 for a free trail thing N I GOT CHARGED $49.90? FOR SMTH I DID NOT CONSENT THE PAYMENT FOR? And I did not add additional offers at all. Upon paying the $1 I had to give consent but they just ripped of my $49.90 without asking for my consent? Note: it was not a renewal or anything, it all happened within A DAY. This is such a scam 😭😭look I'm not very financially stable right here and was stupid enough to trust your $1 free trail. I need my money back please 😭

I accidentally signed up for a free trial and then they began to charge me $19 every two weeks AND $19 a week under the guise of another company name "Almus LTD". They admitted that credit card statements could show both names for charges but when I reached out to get a refund they would only help with the ones under the name Nebula. My bank has confirmed that the charges are from the same subscription. Thus, I have prove I was being overcharged for the same product. DO NOT PURCHASE OR DOWNLOAD THIS APP!
