Ashley at Midtown and the management are the worst people ever met in my life they got the friends and family discount going on I pay my rent on time I've been here since 2021 forced into a position to where I have to move they don't want to make repairs in a timely manner they rent to their friends and Families all the bad people can stay they're not force to move. God gave me the discernment now I know it is true maybe I've taken this thing a little bit too personal because I learned last week that they are also harassing other tenants around here the king is mother and sister lives on these premises and I doubt if they get all the nasty grams under door they're always putting some s*** on your door but they can't let a community manager so-called Community manager give a proper introduction of who and the hell she is just invasion of my privacy she was giving my voice my email by someone in the office never met this lady before in my life but I told her that I have a lot of doctors appointments and tests that I need to take could she reschedule since she's sitting up here answering other people like Melissa and Kendra's and emails so just like that they could put something nasty on your door about late fees and even if it doesn't apply to you they got something to always put on your door I asked them not to put no birthday message on my door because my nephew passed on his 21st birthday but they insist of been doing that and they couldn't even get the date right of my birthday I don't know what's wrong with people all they want is money money money and then how does a maintenance request from 2021 turn into a Witch Hunt to where they don't want to reschedule my doctors MRI appointment I had or just doctor's appointment in general I have canceled too many appointments Behind these people giving me less than a 24-hour notice and then it turns into a maintenance request / inspection why don't they inspect the cracks in the building why don't they inspect the carpet is in a very dangerous condition and do something about it besides coming around here trying to throw their weight around I have seen these people couldn't do worship new dryers new everything in an apartment and apartments along this block and what do the people do their friends and family tear up the damn unit then they have to go back in and repair it all over again cuz they're friends get a evicted cuz they can't make the rent and this DaVita person she comes from the senior citizens building from across the street so they're all in cahoots with each other and where was the maintenance man where was the maintenance man when they showed up at my place demanding to get in and didn't do a doggone thing about the pit bull next door when I told him I'm traumatized by the doggone dogs all they said was to the person next door or put them on a leash well Saturday evening when I return home I was just off of the road I had to travel for the MRI to come to turn on my porch lights cuz I didn't even want to come in this place but everybody needs a place to stay right well the dog wasn't on the lease again I was in my car at that point turned around so I couldn't put the car in reverse go to the dog is running to my car okay he could have got ran over cuz I didn't see the dog on dog and why is he not on a leash and that's not being enforced but it's something wrong with those people in that management office and there needs to be an investigation they have become too complacent and they just want to harass people who are in their little Clan I don't understand how they can receive tax credit and not do anything they should be working on fixing my ledger but instead they want to continue the witch hut The Ledger shows that I've been late so gives me the impression that they're embezzle in money I mean just the way that ledger looks in late this and let that and we got to clean it up well my recency show I've never been like so what's it really all about they need to clean all these people up out of that front office and get new people people who know how to manage stuff and are not down with the the games now the maintenance man that they do have on at this time are pretty good but not the maintenance supervisor stand oh they always go to come around and look what do you need the look of anything for I've never seen a place where you put in a maintenance request and they got to come look look at what just in the maintenance man around here to fix the thing and because I am disabled and in a protected class of people and they have letters for my doctor but they disregard them Tamisha is the s*** starter she wants to what can I help you overstep her boundaries give you false information they all do they blame it on the person who is not in the office at that particular time and they give you Pat responses and they think it sounds good to them but they don't sound good to me because I could look straight through the BS like I said they need to be fully investigated and they won't give me the number to corporate they have some integral management company but they don't do anything but set you up on a Perpetual voicemail that makes no sense saying listen to the props because the extensions have changed what prompts what extensions all they have is two and instead of this person DaVita from coming from veranda how come I can't get a hold of corporate and let them know what's going on they won't divulge the information then when you call back to intercool same stupid recording are you here to report a problem are you following up on a problem what takes 48 hours and we'll get back to you what's been days upon days turned into weeks in the months and nobody has contacted me and how do they know what is the complaint number the reference number they're not giving you one so it's just a make-believe voicemail that you know they're looking into something but no one ever calls you and I'm tired of people running in and out of my house just because they have the right to I'm tired of because they know people they let them get away with murder but for a disabled woman who's asking for extra time extra notice so I can rearrange my doctor's appointments because if you cancel a doctor's appointment less than 24 hours you will be charged for that so my insurance company has had to pay for their foolishness I have put stuff in storage I'm trying to convert boxes and took containers and they just always want to be in your place so I've never considered this place to be home it's just a place where I reside and if anybody out there reading this can offer some help legally I would appreciate it because it's really turned into a ugly situation but Kendra I would like to ask you if I was the manager of Ashley at Midtown and I was treating your mother your sister the way that you have treated me because of the simple fact during their feelings because I'm exercising My First Amendment right to freedom of speech now it's really gotten bad but how would you feel somebody was doing this to your loved ones you may not love me but I have people who love me and are concerned about me I don't think you would take that too lightly if somebody was harassed harassing we will say management if they were harassing your people how would you feel about that I don't think you would take it as well as I have and just because I'm exercising my constitutional rights the first first constitutional right to freedom of speech and please forgive me folks because my head is concussed you know they can't even cut the roots away the sticking out the sidewalk from these oak trees I have fallen couple of years ago outside getting out of my car tripping over that tripping over netting up underneath the dirt because there is no grass I don't understand people like this I don't understand how they sleep at night and what's the big secret about giving me corporates number so if you're looking for a place to stay you better keep looking cuz unless you want to be harassed by people who just want to throw their weight around this is not the place for you if you're a good person and you pay your rent on time this is not the place for you but if you want to swing dope and sublets your apartment and do all the things that the speaks about and you want to be violated then by all mean come and get them please stay

This is to follow up on previous review for Ashley at Midtown because I use my first constitutional right to freedom of speech this became a situation where I had to give my 90-day notice to vacate I have faith in God that I will have and find a decent place to go better than this they constantly harass and will not work with me when I have doctor's appointments I have had to cancel many doctor's appointment so as a form of Retribution they come over my house this DaVita woman who says she's the new community manager who never gave a formal introduction it just appeared at my door when she said that I can reschedule showed up with the police that I have filed a complaint with Savannah Police Department well I tried to follow complaint but officer wouldn't take one and so you know people down here no one another in their families the related or they are friends of people who work in that lease in office so therefore they came over to get him a house the police is screaming about oh don't you have a mental condition and try to call somebody to possibly give me committed well I already have a mental health doctor sorry sugar so all the drug dealers in people with pitbulls they get to stay they defaced the property me being disabled all I'm trying to do is follow a doctor's orders be able to adjust to the mental harassment being able to adjust to my medication being adjusted they know what I'm dealing with from a medical standpoint of you somewhere but they don't care about that and when it when I presented a letter to them from my doctor or my psychologist so that they can have a good understanding and won't misconstrue anything but they don't care all day care about is raising my rent and they felt the need to come over here and rolls me out of my sleep talking about they want to do an repairs on a garbage disposal and a screen that has been needing to be replaced since 2021 they came here to exercise their power over me a modern day which just like they're doing Trump not to that magnitude but a Witch Hunt is a Witch Hunt nevertheless I've never seen anybody who has to beg a landlord to do anything for them their ledgers are always wrong I have never been late on my rent but their Ledger shows that I have so since they're a tax credited property it seems like it's some type of embezzlement or something going on it's it's Sneaky whatever it is I have a concussion their premises are unsafe and this place has flooded out on more than one occasion and nobody answered after hours number three days over the MLK holiday I had to deal with my kitchen being flooded into my living room and all the way to the front door prior to that I have flooding from the same area and that was a two-day ordeal now to me that's something that needs urgent attention not something that needed to be repaired since 2021 and now all of a sudden they want to force themselves in my house don't have any kind of compassion for people won't give me the number to corporate so I believe that they're just saving money for the company at the tenants expense and that allows them to get a bonus so that they can run around in their Lexus SUVs and that type of thing nobody should be subjected to this type of harassment where was the maintenance man you mean to tell me cuz I follow complaint in the office about my neighbor having a pitbull which Miss Dixon said and I quote the dogs are absolutely not allowed on these premises she thought I was asking for myself but I wasn't I'm traumatized because my girlfriend friend son got attacked by his own Pitbulls the child lost half his arm had over 200 bite marks in his face and because I get on the internet and I put out reviews and I told the truth then this is the attack that I'm under but I really don't care at this point because I'm tired of coming home dealing with bad kids running the street playing all in the street absolutely no control people their friends in the office who they rent to those people sublease subletter Apartments and then these kids come from nowhere and want to play in the streets when we have a park and when we have a playground but they don't want to do that so just to let you guys know when I am going through and I still want to come and do a repair/ inspection who and what type of landlord does something like that it was sent straight from the devil from Hell to harass me and not accommodate my medical appointments who wants to come home and this isn't even a home it's just a place where I could reside and get not seen your stomach and you just get so disgusted coming to this place it's not worth all the aggravation and they're not going to shut me up now it is really despicable the way people act these days I don't understand it and you know my blood pressure has been high since last week and every time they mess with me my blood pressure is high and I don't have blood pressure problems only what I'm in a lot of pain or people are constantly aggravating me like these folks do so even if I have to sleep in my car and throw my stuff in storage it's better than being here because at least I have peace and don't have people trying to strong army or use their position to attack me it's totally outrageous. They have constantly violated their own lease and when I put down that I was under mental duress and distress when I renewed my lace I wasn't allowed to do that and all professionalism the little bit that they had it was just a facade went out the window and Kendra is going to say oh yeah I haven't talked to you about what you posted on the internet and you can't sign up for one that way and then Tamisha which is the receptionist is going to sit here and get behind her like childish elementary kids that want to fight you and I had to get them right together until then what you going to double team me no I'm not going to stand for that so you say what you got to say and I'll listen I'll see what I got to say and then to meet you which is the biggest s*** starter there is since when she has to say but by all means you're not going to sit up here and attack me verbally so they're always doing sneaky things to make you have a pleasant experience because they're miserable really in the inside and all the long hair weaves and all the double eyelashes looking like a ostrich it don't make you pretty because if you're ugly on the inside even plastic surgery ain't going to help you get a life and leave disabled people along because we have rights. False advertisement the pool has not ever been open and the two and a half years the screen's not replaced on the window covert was always an excuse or please bear with us because we're down maintenance staff kitchen got flooded out with water they've been here numerous amounts of times about the furnace no one ever answers the emergency after hour number I was promised that they would get someone in here to clean up the vents the real good maintenance guy from Philadelphia I don't know his name but he does a great job repeated Lee I've Been Told that they would get someone out here too clean the vents then it always reverts back to maintenance supervisor said he would get a vendor out here to do that and as well as to clean this filthy carpet which got wet and moldy then he retracted the statement saying he needs to come see see what I can show him plenty of pictures the carpet is dead the place was never painted before I moved in here the carpet was not clean maybe downstairs but it sure didn't smell like it was deep clean like I was told it seems as though they have some type of funny business going on with the owner that if they could keep down the expenses of repairs then I guess they get some type of bonus you know everybody needs a place to stay without being and take a nice and are harassed they won't give you the number to corporate it's really ridiculous I like to be present when they have to come in to do anything because of previous maintenance man coming in stealing from tenants it's meantal abuse. They tell you oh we have a police that stays on the premises and they also walk the premises and playing clothing why can't tell from all the drug activity and weird things that takes place on these premises and anytime you need a repair is turned around to be the situation where you're doing something wrong reverse psychology I believe is what you would call that I believe that the officer that was staying here got free rent as long as they had their cop vehicle to make it seem like it's such a safe place to stay I am disabled disabled people are in a protected class so why all the nonsense why do they make it harder than things has to be
